it will be interesting to see if the fact that the Mets are something like $70-80 million under budget from last year will be reflected in this years game.

I just want the ability to have a budget to make some actual moves.

If the developers get that right I will be pleased.

Another question is will the Mets new road alternate jerseys be reflected in the game or will it be something they forget about.

Since the Mets haven't signed anyone significant since Soto I have changed my expectation from 100 wins to 90.

I am aiming for a 90-72 season like the 84 Mets. Hopefully I can snag a wild card.

We have holes in the rotation and in the lineup.

Why would the jerseys not be in the game? SDS gets all of the uniform information early and it’s mapped out in case they need to unlock something mid-season (i.e. City Connects). They’ll definitely be in.

Also the Mets were never winning 100 games this year no matter what they did. More in the 90-95 range with or without Alonso added to the lineup. You’re underestimating their defense though. Siri in CF is going to be huge and depending on who is starting at 2B and 3B, they might have one of the better defenses in the NL this year.

If Trout Shohei and Pujols couldn't make it work in Anaheim, Pete isn't the solution either. The only thing the Angels have going for them in the AL West is the fact they aren't the A's. I don't see them competing with the Astros Rangers or Mariners. Pete would be good for the Angels, but they wouldn't be good for him.

They booed Sterns when he was talking about Alonso, Cohen took over and gave the most honest answer I think and owner has ever given about a negotiation. Was fantastic then Cohen got a loud applause

Those Jersey are beautiful can't wait to get a Soto and Lindor one. As for the holes I don't believe for one second they will play the kids. They might trade for Torkelson or Mountcastle

I'm sure they'll be in but they're pullovers so they won't be accurate in the game unless Sony decides to start making pullover jerseys

Apparently Pete wants a contact where if the Mets opted out he would be due bonus money.

The question is would ANY team in MLB sign him with those terms?? If the answer is no then why would the Mets?

Boras was Pete's biggest mistake.

Like I mentioned before all I want is the fact that Mets are millions under budget to accurately reflected in franchise mode next year.

I don't believe anything I hear when it come to a negotiation Boras is involved in, but with that being said it's not uncommon for there to be a buyout that a team pays if they don't pick up a player's option

I can tell you as I was at the Amazin Day yesterday in NY. It was a very odd event. Cohen and Sterns spoke honestly and I came away thinking no shot he comes back. But the Players and Mets legends kept saying they hope he is back. So it makes me wonder. Will the owner and GM want to make the team and the chemistry happy or hold the line and let him walk.

Bellinger’s deal with the Cubs was like that and they accepted it. It’s stupid for teams to agree to it though.
