It's minor but the metal framing @ the bottom of the scoreboard is intertwined in real-life. Again that shot is from 09, so we don't know if it's been adjusted

I disagree you only do it for him alone. He is a stud and a legend too. Plus this is a good thing, now some younger generation will get to hear about Aparicio. It is a win/win in my opinion.

I just don't think un-retiring nos. is right. It's retired for a reason. Really has nothing to do with Vizquel personally. And while I agree he's a future HOFer...if a team was to do something like this, it should be strictly for a legendary player.

Vizquel is not in the category, IMO.

And you would be wrong. He will go down most likely as one of the best ever at SS. I know Smith is up there too. But trust me Viz is not that far from him in my opinion. And thanks to the other guy that was the guy I was thinking of.

i dont know if this has already been asked (i'm not going through 270 some pages to find out. lol ) but, will the Angels alternative jerseys (the all red ones) be able to be used in home games this year (they were only available in away games in 09 )

also, does anyone know which teams will have thunder sticks and which teams will have the towels during the playoffs? (because i'm sure the angels will have the thunder sticks, or at least i hope so)

and do they have the Nick Adnehart tribute thing in center field? or the Harry Kalas tribute in left field in phillie? or if they were able to put the 34 patch on the angels jersey (i was hoping for this, but i saw a few pics of angels players and they didnt have it

just wondering if it has been changed or not )

lastly, did they add new mascots? (i'm not completely sure if the rally monkey counts as a mascot, but it would be cool to see it up on the scoreboard when the angels are trailing late in the game, maybe even be a morale boster, lol)

Do fans leave the game after the game is over, I mean when the game is finished do the stadium empty ?
I never had 09 but I did have 08 and it did not happen in 08.

I posted this question on the board but it was locked by Brett, I don't know why because it was for everyone who played 09, not just the community day people., yet he locked it, I sometimes think some of these guys police these boards just to do this stuff.

First off, I closed it because all questions are being directed into this thread to keep the forum a little neater - if everyone started up a thread asking "their" question, the forum itself would collapse.

Second, I'll answer your question - Yes, fans do leave the ballparks early IF your team is running up the scoreboard. It happened in '09 and will also happen in '10.

Its in honor of Dave Concepcion. Who, along with Luis Aparicio comes from that long line of great Venezuelan shortstops. Aparicio is Omar's Idol, but for some reason he wore 13 for Concepcion.
