Nope, the different slots are there so that if you want, for instance, sideburns, a goatee, and stubble, you can have all of them. So you put the sideburns in slot 1, the goatee in slot 2, and the stubble in slot 3. As opposed to being limited to just a goatee.

I believe, though, if you want to edit facial hair throughout the season, you can just go into "edit player" at any point and change it to something else.

So, after failing who knows how many times at level 2 of the "Good Contact" training session, I FINALLY passed it. All of my other trainings were at level 4 or 5.

Wouldn't you know it, I passed level 3 on the second try. Not only that, but I got the 7 required "successes" in only 11 tries.

Don't know what was so different about level 3 that worked better. Must have just gotten lucky, I guess. Or just had an unbelievable string of bad luck on level 2.

Or maybe it was the change from an O's uni to a Mets one?

Still having my struggles in June 2016 with the Tigers. Batting a measly .245 with 16 HR's and 46 RBI's.

On a positive note, I lead my team in Homeruns and RBI's. The most HR's I've hit in a season is 17, so I'll pass that easily and I hope to hit triple digits in RBI's at the end of the year.

It's an easy position to play. I had a 1st baseman on last year's version.

Pro: You get more training points because you're involved in more defensive plays

Con: Gets repetive. Most of the time you just move your player to the base, so it doesn't take much skill or have the excitement of other positions.

Batting .311 heading into the June my first year, 5 HRS, 20 RBI, kind of on a cold streak though. My BA dropped from about .360 to .311 thanks to a pair of 0-4 games.

So my most recent pre-game batting practice, I hit 5 homeruns and 3 hard line drives. When I entered the game I grounded into a double play, only to be followed be 3 home runs in a row. Safe to say, that's my best hitting performance so far!

I'm at early June in my third full season in the bigs as a RF for the Reds. Just had a 5-5 game with 2 1B, 2B, & 2 HR with 4RBI. After that game, I was batting .303 18HR 55RBI.

I've been kind of on-and-off with my RTTS the past couple of months, but I'm back playing this mode as I feel really close to getting to the big leagues. Currently in AAA, but have been batting really well and meeting all of my goals. Only time will tell.

100 games in to 2019, and the Mets are 63-37! (First in the NL East by 7.5 games). Pitching has been very good all year, offense has been spotty but is getting better. 50 games ago, my average was down to .255, and my HR #'s were down (not surprising since my home games are now at CitiField). This despite my ratings being all 99's. However, I've hit a hot streak over those 50 games, and am now back up to .307. Joey Votto is hitting .362 with 34 HRs, and is leading the NL MVP voting.

It's been exciting being on a different team (and in a different league) after 5 full MLB seasons with the O's. Them trading me was unexpected, but it's made this season pretty fun. Can't wait to finally hit free agency for the first time this offseason. Never would have thought I'd play 9+ seasons into an RTTS, but here I am, 60 games left in my 9th year. I was really thinking about picking up NCAA 12, but all the glitches it's had this year, with a patch not out yet, combined with how much fun I'm having with this year's RTTS... just no point in picking it up yet.
