One more question for you Armor. I am using a roster set that doesn’t have full 40 man rosters. I know you do 30 team control but do you manually set the 40 man before the season starts for all the teams? And do you call all the players up to the major league team that are hurt?

Just finished up the most fun game I've had on 19 so far, gotta post the summary:

Yankees vs. White Sox (Paxton vs. Rodon)

Pretty low scoring game, White Sox up 3-1 through 6. Paxton only made it 4.2 innings with 2 runs in.. Took him out to have Ottavino face Abreu with bases loaded, but Abreu lined it up the middle for Gleyber to knock it down but not get an out, leading to the 3rd run but was able to stop the bleeding there. Wasn't feeling too good about this one as I was not having good at bats at all. Only 3 hits through 9.

Was able to tie it up in the 7th only for Chapman to give up a 2-run single after loading the bases in the 10th to make it 5-3 White Sox.

Andujar leads off the bottom of the 10th with a first pitch line drive home run over the left field wall. After 2 quick outs that followed, Hicks had us down to the last strike of the ballgame, but lined a hanging breaking ball over the center fielders head for a triple, which Judge followed with a game tying hard hit single just past the third baseman's glove. 5-5

Fast forward to the bottom of the 13th. With 1 out, Stanton triples to right center, only for Gary to strike out when all we need is a sac fly... Torres then walked and LUUUUUKE Voit comes up and crushes a 2-0 fastball into the left center gap to walk it off.

Loved this game because of the resilience and the back and forth, and because even though the Yankees are a much better team than the White Sox, it was still a close and competitive game, which feels super realistic.

So as I move to September 2 in year two of my Braves franchise I started a huge series against the 2nd place Mets. The Mets came into the series with a 8 game win streak and trail my Braves by 9.5 games. So this series could be where I finally put the division away or if the Mets can win the series things could get interesting.

The Mets has Noah Syndergaard going for them and damn with pitch speeds on default which I totally love and am totally locked in on it was tough as hell to hit his 98 mph fastball.

The Mets jumped out to a 2 nothing lead on a 2 run bomb in the 2nd. I got one across in the 3rd to make it 2-1. In the 5th Mike Zunino who I traded for when I lost Tyler Flowers for the season smashed a 98 mph fastball into the second deck in left field. It felt so damn good to turn around that fastball for the hr.

With the game tied 2-2 in the 9th Ryan Schimp who probably isn't even in the league anymore but is a stud for me he had 99 power rating in 18 and was on the Braves roster when I started year 1. Hit his 42nd hr of the year to walk off the ball game for my Braves.

That was such a big win I'm now up by 10.5 and looking to win my 2nd straight

That game had me on the edge of my seat and felt so intense. Got to love the show.

Several spring games in testing with armors setup, I do All Star for now on everything. I do meter pitching instead as also, love that MVP baseball feel. Man defense so much better in 2019, actually fun. Also do quick counts in testing, but game so fun, will probably dump this.

When I start a brand new franchise I will go through each team an set their 40 man rosters.

As far as injury management. I typically allow the Cpu to handle that.....but I will check every teams 25 man roster two times a month to make sure they are balanced. I hate when I see a team carrying 3 freaking catchers! 2 is the max I ever want to see. I also check their pitching rotations a couple of times a month to make sure short reelers don’t some how find their way into the rotation due to injuries.

For the first week pitching didn't feel right to me. I had the ball marker off like I always do but still less challenging than 18. After reading your page one I realized I had forgotten to turn vibration off. The challenge is back!

Pretty sure I saw Gardner in center deke catching a fly ball that he couldn't get to just to hold the runner from first a little longer and then Stanton barrels in to catch the ball on one hop and throw the runner out at second by a hair. Pretty cool to see. Anyone else see that in 18 or 19?

I am using Cujo/9er/lisac 25 man. his Psn name is junior-XXV. I went through each teams roster with 30 team control and added 15 players to complete the 40 man rosters . Takes a while but not too bad. I do this every year. The Yanks have all of the injured guys like Betances, Hicks , Didi and Ellsbury in the minors so you just add them to the 40 man from there or if you want to mimic real life you can injure them manually if you choose. Overall it looks to be a pretty good roster. I probably will go with OSFM when it is done but I just couldn't wait that long to start a franchise.

I might try pitch speed at 4. Idk if it’s because of my GF’s old TV (1080p) plus input lag, but I personally had hard time getting around on batting practice fastballs.

I created a RTTS guy and I’ve been using that to try and work on my hitting.

Probably sooner but no ETA.

I am laid out with a terrible bronchial and sinus infection (yep caught it from my son).
