Again, what's your point? It might not be impossible to do naturally but we know Bonds did it by using drugs. There's nothing to argue here.

That's exactly it. Whether it is actually possible to put on that much weight during such a period of time is irrelevant. It isn't like we are sitting around debating how Bonds was able to do it. We now know how he did it. There is no more any of this "he put on x lbs. in y weeks, I wonder how he did it?" speculating. There is court documents and evidence which now prove that Bonds gained his muscle through the use of illegal performance enhancers. If we didn't know this, sure, Diadem would have a valid point in saying that it is possible for a human being to gain muscle mass at the clip that Bonds did, but the recent revelations have made his argument moot. We no longer have to speculate, there is proof now that Bonds accomplished all of his achievements from the '99 season on through the use of substances that our government has deemed illegal.

He's never failed a test so you don't know that he used drugs, the only thing they have on him really is testimony from his ex-trainer. That is he said she said, it's not concrete evidence. For all we know is his ex-trainer told the the authorities exactly what they wanted to hear to save his butt.

        Correct me I am wrong.

Bonds himself DID say he used them... Just unbeknownest to him. He said he didn't know that the cream and the clear we're steriods.

Would they have found schedules and calendars which match up exactly to Bonds daily schedule and the Giants schedule years prior to when they got caught for their illegal activity? Sure, Conte and Anderson could have very easily been telling the authorities "what they want to hear" but that does not explain the evidence collected from the BALCO facilities and Anderson's home. That is what is so damning to Bonds in all this. Testimony can be faked through, not easily, but as you like to so adamently profess about weight training, but it is possible. There is proof that Bonds acquired these drugs and that he was using them. The evidence that has been presented here goes far beyond "he said, she said" at this point.

Ok, thanks for correcting me. I just don't want anybody on this forum to think that I condone his use of drugs. I know some of you all probably think that but thats not the case.

Really, I thought he passed away. My bad then. I havent watched wrestling in years. My point is that roids ruined him.

Like rsox said he let it go because people like HR's and he needed to repair damage that the strike caused. That is why I blame him. rsox put it well so I will not elaborate further.

Blaming Selig for failing to protect the integrity of the game is fine. However what is comes down to is that ultimetly each individual player is personally responsible for what they choose to put in to their body and effects it may have. However I think if anyone wants to look beyond the players for someone to blame for the potential health risks of taking steriods I would look at Fehr and the MLBPA. Rather than look out for the interests of their players they fought to essentially allow players to use steroids.

No what is sad is the idea that grown men in their 30's shouldnt be responsible for what they choose to willingly put in their own bodies.

I never said the players were not responsible. Of course they are. I am talking about the commissioner of MLB. Why isnt it his responsiblity to make sure the game is clean? His job is to oversee baseball and make sure it runs in a proper manner. Say a CEO knows someone in his company is scamming money like the ENRON fiasco. Does he just shrug his shoulders and cry it isn't my fault when they get caught? No as the CEO he presides over everything and should take major heat espically since he knew what was going on. Pud Selig is no different. We'll just have to agree to disagree.

Not to mention that they have his testimony in these trials admitting to taking them.
The fact that his jaw and head grew two sizes bigger should indicate steriod use too. I don't know anyone that worked out sans roids that had their hatsize expand two sizes.
