I hear what you are saying bro, but baseball is full of cheaters. If Bonds was liked by everyone would people be trippin who knows, but because he is a jerk everybody wants Bonds to go down! What is Jeter is caught cheating or someone baseball likes. Are people going to feel the same way. Who knows! That is all I am saying. Ty Cobbs one of the best hitters in the game. And one of the biggest jerk too. And dirtiest player too. The list goes on. That is sports. You take the good with the bad! (And there you have the facts of life, wow great TV show)

Also, those is no doubt he took roids or maybe there is. But until he tests positive you can do nothing about it. That is the truth! So even if is mom said he did. Unless he tested positive baseball can't do a thing! They can try, but I think they wont, because they know their hands are dirty too. Baseball had to know about roids and they didn't stop it. As soon as the commissioner so these players getting Hulk like he should have step in, but he didn't!

You're comparing stealing signs to talking illegal steroids that prolonged his career and padded his stats. Wow, you Bonds homers are unbelieveable.

The truth is Bonds, Sosa and Mac at the time were good for baseball. They brought back a lot of fans to the game! Now that we find out they cheated we want to do a witch hunt. But the truth is the fans and baseball created these Hulks. And you can disagree with me ,but just think about Mac and Sosa going for the record each year, that was exciting. At least it was for the world and me lol.


Now we are saying thank you for nothing, I don't feel that way I say thank you for the memories!

I am not saying I am pound of what he did! But as a fan he gave me some happy times. I can't just turn on him now. I am glad he took them. He was hell of fun to watch! When he came to bat it was amazing. So all you guys have great reasoing. But for me these players made baseball exciting. And if they didn't for you than is cool.

I dont understand the rambling here. First off it prolonged his career. History states that a man at that age can not hit homers and play at that pace. Without roids his body would not have been able to keep up. It makes your muscles recover faster and gives you the energy to do the work. As you age you lose the ability to work as you once did. The roids have helped this.

Second you say cheating is cheating. If I steal a pack of gum from the gas station and you rob a bank of a million dollars is it the same? Anyone with a brain knows its not. Its kind of like stealing signs vs taking roids to break the all time home run record which is one of the greatest records in professional sports.

What ever, I don't see your point and you don't see mine. If roids help a player stay healthy what happen to Mac, Sosa. I am not defending Bonds I am just saying we created him lol. Baseball knew these players were taking roids. When him and Mac were doing all these great thing we were praising them, now that we find they are cheating we attack them. Sure there is different levels of cheating, but I can tell you one thing. Is taking roids that bad of cheating. I can't say it is. Most players take something to get them over the hump. Back in the day it was speed or other drugs! Baseball is a very demanding sport. If you can honestly say that watching Mac and Sosa wasn't good for baseball at the time, then I can see why you feel the way you do!
One other thing how did Ricky H go for so long. J. franco, N. Ryan. Most people know roids are bad for you. They eventually tear the body down! But I hear what you are saying. I just feel baseball and fans created these guys!

I feel what you are saying, I just feel different, because they brought joy to my life and so did Bonds cheating and all lol. When Mac was an A's my brother and I went to a lot of games. Also those memories mean something because my brother passed away 7 years ago. So those times mean something different to me, and watching Bonds these last year were special too. lol. It is all good, baseball will finally do what they should have done years ago. Clean up this sport!

That is quite possibly one of the dumbest and most despicable statements I've ever seen on OS. You're glad that Bonds took all these drugs, which have very serious health implications just so he could hit a few homeruns? You're glad that players like him force younger players to take drugs just so they can have a shot at reaching the next level? You're glad that he achieved the level he's at by cheating?
