I made that comment because it was brought up that Busch was built for Pujols. So I took a shot at Bonds stating that SBC was built for Steroids because I am convinced that Bonds is on steroids.

I didn't that it would be that hard to comprehend. Guess I was wrong.

I don't recall the left field line at Busch being 312 or what have you.

Quit making comments that Bonds is better than Pujols because he isn't. Pujols leads the league in homeruns, rbi's, slugging %, and is 10th in average hitting over .300.

And in Pujols' first 5 years in the league he has hit over .300 every year, at least 30 homers every year, and has had at least 100 RBI's each year.

      Did Bonds do that?

Compare their stats for the first 5 years they were in the league and you will see that Pujols has the better numbers. Period.

No I understood what you meant! I was just saying Mac. made the old Busch that way! It is all good!

A couple of years ago know one could touch Bonds! Sure Albert is the man now! But SBC is a pitcher's ball park, ask anyone one that plays there. It is not a hitter's ball park! Bonds can hit them out of any park! So this argument makes know sense at all! It is not the ball park that made Bonds the hitter he is. This park actually has taken some HR away.

Albert will be lucky to get 600 HR, you think he is going to play until he is 40? Sure, come on think about it. He is already missing games due to back pain! I give him 7 or 10 more years top. And that is only if he is really 26.

Wow, do you usually go off spouting before you read up on things? No where does it say Pujols has back pain. He's only missed 3 games out of the 49 the Cardinals have played this season and has consistently played in at least 150 games since his rookie year. Maybe if he doesn't take steroids he will fade at age 36 like most players should be instead of getting suspiciously better. Even then he will be at 600 home runs easily. He's got 224 through five seasons and a half and with another five seasons he should be close to 500... that leaves at least 2 seasons and given your scenario of him lasting seven years after this then yes he'll barely make 600 but if he does go for 10 years he will pass Willie Mays.

And that is what I said he will be lucky to hit 600, unless he continue to dominate at age 36. I don't see him getting to much more! And the back pain is a concern for all power hitters. When you swing and miss you get a lot of pain! But keep thinking the way you think! We will see! I would love for Albert to be the HR leader, he is a great guy, but the truth is 755 is unreachable, but Bonds has a good chance and maybe A Rod! but I doubt that anybody will get it! You have to at least play 18 to 20 years and average between 35 to 40 HR a year and even that would be short of the record! Unless someone hits 40 for 20 years which I just see happening. I think that record is safe!

roids or no roids, Bonds is done, he will be lucky to to get 15 HR! It has finally caught up to him, they say Mays was the same way, he just lost it all of a sudden.

                            haha...

I honestly don't like or dislike Bonds...I'm just happy I got to see history...whether it be tainted or not, I really don't care.

                            Bonds is now #2 all-time.

Ok it's done can he fade off and retire now. I think once he's gone we can move on from the steroid era. I know it's never been proven blah..blah.. but I for one think he's guilty just like Mcgwire, Sosa, and Palmiero. I bought so much Mcgwire stuff during that time living in St. Louis and I feel so cheated now. I guess that's just me because San Fran has totally embraced them.

715, now lets see how much Barry has left.

He's innocent until proven guilty to me. He has to either confess like Giambi or have proven facts like Palmeiro and Macman. I don't know about Sosa because he wouldn't even be in the discussion if not for Corky
