Haha imagine being a Dodger fan watching that game. We had our chances early but Loney could not come through.

Some great defensive plays kept the Dodgers out of it.

Hey, thanks for telling me it's a message board.... I thought for a second I wandered onto the K-Mart home furnishings section.

Please enlighten us with whatever the hell you want to tell us what YOU think. Just don't tell me what I think. You're not my analyst.

Aaron Cook did it last year and in 2007. The crazy part is he did it against the Padres at Coors Field both times.

lol...yeah...I'm gonna go ahead and disagree with you on that, mmkay.

And I saw the highlight. HORRIBLE play, but I'm sure you'll take it. I replayed it a few times too, to make sure I was actually seeing it right (hoping for his sake that he just lost it...seems he just forget to catch the ball before closing his mit though...lol). Odd.

Ooh...can I be? Because I think you have issues with repressed aggression manifesting in violence towards foul poles.

JUST KIDDING!!! (So please remember I'm not a foul pole and DON'T kill me...lol...trying to keep it light, fellas)

Don't worry, you can count on it.

I'm curious, has anyone ever seen a game end on a routine pop-up like that? I've seen plenty of games end on an error, but nothing like that.

                          I certainly haven't.

BTW, for anyone interested (though my guess is if you are, then you probably already know this...lol) the Angels are DESTROYING the ball right now. Watching it for my late game fix. 8-4 in the 4th.

EDIT: Add Vladdy to the hit parade. Now every Angel has at least one already. 9-4 angels, 1 out, bottom 4th.

What happened to rivalry weekend? I see some teams are playing their designated "rival" while others are not. I thought that was part of the draw of interleague play, which I hate. I'd prefer something closer to the NFL format where each division plays a different division each year.

They just showed a Cubs game on MLB Network end on a flyball dropped in left from years ago. I should have known a Cubs game had ended in such a fashion.

Yeah, Davis makes some amazing plays. You should see him when he does the splits reaching out for the ball (which he does often), it's really painful to watch lol.

Yeah, I was shocked. For as horrible as he's been at the plate, he's been very good at first base.

Dude, I cringe every time he does that. It's funny to see a guy that big do the splits.
