Prince Fielder strikes me as being quite the douchebag.

I know it's all the way in Italy and all but why you gotta be that way to a kid? Sure the kid isn't totally invested in him being in Milwaukee but he could at least couch the truth in a way that it doesn't come across as a douche move.

Fielder seems like a good guy overall but some of the things he does and says really comes off badly.

I hardly see why Fielder is a douchebag. He's wanting in the range of 200 Mil which is out of the Brewers $ Range considerably. I think Brewers fan knew this was coming after the Braun Extension.

Maybe I'm missing something, I dunno.

While I'd love Fielder to come to CHI, I'm hoping the Cubs go the young route and go after Darvish or Cespedes.

            Oh no..

            Spoiler

Don't know why they would consider signing him when there are much better (and younger) players out there at his position they could sign at a minimal cost.

Why would a team want a guy who actually deserves the "cancer" moniker mucking up the clubhouse??

Not only that, but at least including the Brewers in the discussion could help add to his bargaining demands. Make it seem like a team would really have to spend to pull you from "mill-e-wah-que" which is Algonquin for "the good land."

If you get the 09 Huston Street where he had a lot of 1-2-3 innings to close the game, you'll really like him. If you get the '11 Street, you'll be frustrated a lot. Never has a 1-2-3 inning, always have someone on base, and allows too many HRs for a closer.

For a team that values character really high, I doubt Bradley comes here.

Sounds like the Jays' situation the past two seasons. I'll take a pass on that.

Looks like Gerald Laird is back to backup Avila. I pray that Avila stays healthy all next season.

It would appear that Grady's coming back to Cleveland with a 1 year deal.

The Cleveland Indians and outfielder Grady Sizemore are on the verge of agreeing on a one-year deal, sources told ESPN.com's Buster Olney.
