Jose Iglesias is trash (if you hit like Brendan Ryan you'd better freaking field like him, while he's close he isn't more than a defensive replacement) and Brentz is of no use to them. You're close with Cecchini and Doubront, though. I think they'd want another impact player back, though.

well i was thinking more of, the dbacks with Brentz means that they would let go of upton more easily. With Iglesia, i know, he's a horrible hitter but you can have him for 1 year until you get a decent ss later. i was thinking Deven Marrero also since we have Xander Bogaerts.

      but ehhh.....

I think that a Bogaerts + Iglesias (until Bogaerts comes up) + Webster could work if AZ has faith in Bogaerts sticking at SS.

i would probably give Webster, since i'm getting Tyler Skaggs, but giving Bogaerts? thats a no no.

I managed to read 'Tyler Skaggs' as 'Trevor Bauer.' whoops. Bogaerts > Skaggs so nevermind.

Cecchini + Webster + Iglesias would be okay-ish.

              hehehe.

Seriously if im the dbacks i would really consider trading Bauer before his stock goes down.

i don't think that Bauer will be as good as people thought he would be. He's already dropping in velocity at 21, mechanics will cause him some problems in the future, and he is being relentless when it comes to switching it.

He is high right now, so why not go for it.

John Lannan for Mike McDade. McDade could assist in replacing LaRoche and Lannan has options. Thoughts?

Morse is the first baseman? Also i think i read they are non-tendering Lannan also.

I'm thinking Morse gets moved for some pitching.

Lannan has options, he could at least net them something, so I bet they at least resign him.

I disagree with the Morse thing but that is for a different thread.

Lannan if tendered could still get the Nats some decent talent since he is young and pretty decent. I think also Mike wouldn't work because they have that guy Moore i think that plays 1B and OF so, the Nats really don't need a first baseman.

Jesus Gonzalez and Steve Delabar i would think could get it done. Jesus is a young prospect with upside and Delabar is a good reliever.

                            Jesus? Do you mean Tyler?

I'll swap Delabar for Lincoln based off that they're similar but Delabar's splitter is just soooooooo good.

I do not think so, Jesus is a IFA signing from 09 or 10 and i think that is the reason the Nats would request someone like Delabar because he has a nasty put away pitch and it isn't like Lannan is bad he just makes 5 mil for 2013.

He hit .234/.261/.417 in A+ as a 24 year old. Sure, take him.

Lincoln's slider is a real nice pitch. Or slurve. Plus he's pitched better in the NL than Delabar could hope to. He had something like a .5 ERA last year in the NL.
