Melky can play LF and CF.

Davis is lock for the team too. Bonifacio can also play OF, and Gose/Sierra could possibly battle for a roster spot if Rasmus is traded.

That's of course assuming Jays don't sign an OF if Rasmus is traded.

But if I had to choose, I'd probably play Bonifacio in CF, so Davis is on bench(with his speed to pinch run at any important time!) and maybe Gose or Sierra, depending on how much they've improved by this years ST.

Bonifacio for 2013 and then Gose taking over full time in 2014. No doubt there.

Sierra in CF would give us a few laughs.

Not bad, but the Phil's AVG. age is 30 y/o in the rotation. (31 overall) so IDK if they want to trade their youngest pitcher.

To be fair, I was at that game(and sitting in seats near Sierra), it was impossible to see the ball.

I know that they have a top-notch rotation but they are all either past or finishing up there prime (except Hamels an Worley, does Kendrick even have a prime?)

If Halladay isn't injured then he's not fast his prime and I swear to God, if you're judging Lee by W/L...

The Phillies are in contention and just 'cause you don't like em doesn't mean they suck lol. And I think they'd be willing to sell low on Worley to get a talent like Rasmus

I don't HATE the Phil's (like I do the Skankees or the Oreos), I just don't care about them (Like the Jays and Indians). No I'm not judging Lee by W/L, in fact overall he has ace like material. I just don't see a scenerio like that going down.

Why would the Phillies trade a top pitcher for an injury prone OF with one year left who's a.) A Boras client and b.) probably not gonna resign there?

They need a CF and Ellsbury has alot of upside. Its been an actual rumour so don't bash me. I'm assuming they would get him on a new deal. They rather have an OF so getting rid of a 34 year old pitcher isn't worst thing in world for them. I believe there GM or manager has talked about how badly he wants a CF with the skill set of a guy like Ellsbury.

Cherington just said he's not trading Ellsbury, he's injury prone and a rental, and Lee is one of the better pitchers in the league.

Well you win on this one. And yeah when his team can score runs for him he is. But you can't deny the fact Phillies really need an outfielder.
