Close...Kershaw broke a 0-0 tie with a homer in the 8th, but the final score was 4-0.

Also, watching these games I find myself instinctively thinking "whoa...those people are all TOO close!"

Very questionable to have the opponent feed, but it was oddly satisfying watching the 16-12 meltdown from teh Rockies perspective.

Would've been at opening day yesterday and probably tomorrow's game and Monday's game.

Jim Edmonds has been hospitalized with suspected COVID-19...he's not doing well. Hope he pulls through.

****, man. Literally just last week I was watching highlight footage of him.

People say Griffey had the prettiest looking swing in the game. I say Edmonds. I also like his catch at Kauffman more than Mays' at Polo.

More classic MLB action on TV.

Jays vs Royals 2015. During the early days of the Jays 2015 playoff push.

Donaldson gets hit in 1st, almost gets hit again, argues with ump, Gibbons gets ejected, Bautista next up and immediately hits a ground rule double to add to Jays lead. Next inning, Sanchez unintentionally hits a Royals batter in the middle of the at bat, he gets ejected. Dugouts and bullpens clear, sold out crowd going crazy, and on top of all that, Jays interim manager also gets ejected.

And it's only August. Summer 2015 was my fave time to ever be a Jays fan.

Definitely looks like an arm built for 1 inning max every 3-4 days.

Strat-O-Matic is doing daily simulation updates of the 2020 season, if anyone is interested.

As someone who grew up playing SOM, I'll follow along. I've actually been playing SOM hockey to pass time during the stay at home orders.

According to a report in Naver Sports, #TexasRangers OF/DH Shin Soo Choo will be donating 1K to each 190 minor league players in the org to help them get thru this difficult time. Not sure if donation is the right word, but the total giving comes out to 190k. #mlb

The thing I loved the most about SOM baseball was the ability to play against myself. Endless hours of enjoyment from that.
