According to Darren Rovell those are not the All-Star game caps. Perhaps they will be worn during the Home Run Derby and sold at retailers as a limited release?

I like the reasoning behind those hats, but some of them aren't that good.

I also like the vibe they're going for but it doesn't quite work.

Though i'd cop the TB cap.

No but for real, if someone buys those hideous things, I would recommend checking into a psych ward.

There is absolutely nothing pretty about those things. Personal tastes exist and that's cool but so does awful taste.

                    Yuck.

I'll vote again in a month or so and see how this changes.

Montreals mayor meeting with MLB commish this month to talk about bringing a team back to Montreal. Regardless if it's Montreal or any other city, don't see MLB expanding. They FINALLY got divisions evened out, no need to add another team! Tampa is only city right now I could see who could have a team moved.

Montreal doesn't even need to have stadium build to have talks move further, Manfred just said that they need to have plans on a new stadium. So you have to think if Montreals mayor is gonna be talking with him, that there must be some sort of plan being thought out in Montreal already regarding a stadium. I could see the meeting just being the mayor getting more details on the stadium stuff.

I'm always skeptical about meetings like this. It just seems like Montreal will be used as leverage to put pressure on for new ballparks in Tampa and Oakland/San Jose.

Tampa isn't getting a ballpark, but the Rays won't move to Montreal either.

I already posted my thoughts/reasoning on this but I think they will end up in the Virginia Beach area.
