I despise the whole "shave your beard, clean wall street" look the yankees have going on. I always thought that was so petty, and it is.

I love all the crazy hairstyles, and beards in baseball. I'd love to see a dude with dreads in a Yankees uniform.

I despise the ticket prices too. And I dislike Hal, and multiple players on the Yankees. And yet, I will support them rain or shine, its in my blood.

I don't mind the clean cut look to a point. I see no issue with longer hair or a mustache if you want to seem corporate/squeaky clean but going to the point of no facial hair at all or even a sense of individualism (I don't think i've ever seen a Yankees player with dyed hair) is just absurd when you're dealing with grown men.

I can understand going to that extreme in high school/collegiate sports but in the pros? No Way!

It's amazing how Cleveland is the one team nobody talks about and they're going to win around 95 games.

I don't know how the losses in the rotation will affect them in a short series but the Indians have pulled wins out of their backside numerous times this season that makes you think this may be their year.

That's one team i'd hate to face.

Looking at Fangraphs stats, Jose Fernandez has the highest fWAR this season for a pitcher, at 6.2 and is 7th overall. Really sad seeing they had a good thing going too.

I didn't care for Dee Gordon a lot (especially due to his suspension) but his actions last night made me forget about that. His gesture to Fernandez with the 1st pitch THEN hitting the HR? It reminds me of Loyola Marymount...very heart warming.

Coach at Redlands while I was there did the same thing. It was completely idiotic and made me resent him.

They were my pick to win the WS. But that was before Salazar and Carrasco went down. With those two, Kluber and Bauer, and the addition of Miller. not to mention that lineup. I thought they were the most complete team in baseball.

Now, they are still dangerous, but if you can beat Kluber, I think they are pretty vulnerable.

I'm still having a difficult time picking my ws matchup. I'm thinking Rangers and Cubs now.

Something tells me the Mets, even with all those injuries to that pitching staff, are gonna be hell to beat.

That was my original series pick too.

There's a part of me that thinks the cubs get knocked out too. Seems like teams with the best records in baseball, almost always get dethroned.
