My wife's cousin moved out to LA recently so a trip there to see the Dodgers and Phillies could be a possibility too.

Wow, that is a staggering number. I wouldn't think it would be anywhere close to that.

Not really…if we are just talking MLB (didn't read the article) than that's less than one a game (2430 total games on an MLB schedule) which really isn't surprising.

I still find it staggering. I'm not sure what I really think the number should/would be, but that still seems extremely high to me.

Actually, the article said 1,750 are hurt by foul balls each year. There`s probably more hit by foul balls but some of those fans aren`t hurt or need medical attention.

I`d like to know how many of the 1,750 weren`t watching the play when they were hurt. Of couse, we`ll never know that.

In one of the coolest stories recently, the Rangers called up Guilder Rodriguez for tonight's game.

Guilder Rodriguez has spent the past 13 years in the Minors.

For first time in who knows how many years, I'm gonna play MVP Baseball 2005! Just need to figure out which team to face though. I wanna do somewhat updated rosters if possible for the 2 teams who I'm using(I'm using Jays obviously as the team to play with, so I can have at least have SOME guys like Buehrle,Reyes,Bautista).

So what team right now do people think has the most guys on their roster who are in MVP Baseball 2005.

Aaron Harang is my personal favorite MVP 05'er still MLB-active. Followed closely by Ruben Gotay.

That was 10 years ago.. I doubt any team has more than 3-4 players still on their roster from 2004

I think he just means players from 10 years ago that are still active that he can move to their current teams.

That being said, the Pinstripes are most likely.

Jeter, Beltran, McCann(?), Teixeira, Soriano, Kelly Johnson(?), Sabathia, McCarthy(?)
