Oakland is losing the Raiders, Warriors are migrating closer to SF...why aren't they fighting to keep the A's?

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

I have no idea about any of the situation, but could it be that the city really doesn't care?

They have a stadium deal that is very close to being approved by the city. It's not far from their current location.

The radio thing is a non issue.

The Mariners posted a super slow mo of Kikuchi in spring training and I reckon he's going to have a great first year. His delivery is seriously funky, with a distracting front leg, but most importantly he really hides the ball. Not sure how well his stuff will last, but I'd be surprised if it doesn't take teams a while to even see what he's throwing. The ball pretty much comes out of his ear

Doesnt Kenta Maeda have a similar leg thing?

The few articles I've seen say it's more of a fantasy and a pretty difficult sell?

A lot of Japanese pitchers seem to, I don't know if it's a rhythm thing or genuinely for distracting, but I dig it. If someone is going full Warren Spahn on you, there's no way it doesn't put you off a bit!

                      Close to official now.

"KTRB (860 AM) will carry all of Oakland’s games this season and the audio also will be found on the TuneIn app, the first time a major-league team has a direct partnership with a free streaming service."

So stoked about that TuneIn service. They are launching a 24/7 A's channel.

Wake me up when they actually have shovels in the ground for a new stadium in Oakland.

I was listening to an interview with Susan Slusser she said that in her time covering the A's there's been like 8 different ballpark proposals so yeah, i'm also from Missouri when it comes to the A's getting a new park in Oaktown.

I'm still a fan of the Cisco Field design most.

I understand why location can heavily dictate the design, but it doesn't always need to be a complete overhaul every time they can't find a place to break ground on. It would be nice if they kept the essence of those renderings/drawings intact.

I always loved that shot, but then would look at a shot inside the park and think "a lot is missing."
