      Just read a crazy stat. Willie Mays has the record for most innings in which a player hit a home run, with 16.

        What does this mean? That in his career he homered in the 1st, 2nd, all the way to the 16th?

            Yes, he's homered in innings 1-16.

                Definitely more direct to the baseball...will be interesting to see if he can stick with it once the season starts. It's like the annual "Tebow has learned to throw" story...and then the games start and you revert to what you've done for so long. I hope he can stick with it.

                  Love how explosive he is to the ball and using his frame to drive it...he's going to get it versus being defensive every swing. Like SF said, I hope he sticks with it.

                      The Cards end up having to send two draft picks, 56 and 75, plus 2 million dollars to the Astros for the hacking incident.

                        Which is a weak punishment. 2 draft picks could hurt. The loss in money does not.

                          They lose 1.8M in their draft bonus pool, which essentially cuts their bonus pool in half.

                                Yeah that's an incredibly light punishment considering how draft picks ESPECIALLY that far down are even more of a crapshoot than they are in other sports.
