That's unique, i've seen "chris" as Chris, Cris, Kris but never Khris. Maybe one of his parents were drunk when they signed the birth certificate.

      Not entirely rare.

Guy below plays for the Bucks...pretty good player too.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

This would be really solid for the Diamondbacks.

Tick tock, Gordon, Upton, Cespedes, Davis, etc.

I agree with you but not gonna happen anymore, Dave Stewart said not giving up anymore draft picks.

Idiot, he went for broke with Miller but now that he is further on the win curve and each win is more crucial, now he wants to practice restrain.

Yea I'm still really pissed about giving up Swanson, especially after seeing what the Reds got for Chapman... Enciarte and Blair should have been the final offer but w/e, we'll see how this works out.

They are two completely different players though. One is a reliever who SHOULD be a fa after the season, with a suspension hanging over his head. And the over is a starter with 3 years of team control left and barring injury will be available for all 3 years. Red Sox fans should be more pissed at the Chapman return than DBacks fans.

Yea that's a good point... Still would have liked to see someone other than Swanson traded.

Yea that I will agree with you on. My only thing is maybe Stewart and the Dbacks scouting department know something we don't. Like where they screwed up on this pick and they don't think he will pan out in the bigs, I really don't know. It's definitely strange that he was gone so fast.

Agreed, it's gotta be something like that cuz it really is strange.

Kind of surprised Upton has not separated him self from the pack for OF's Younger and just as good as Cespedes and Gordon, Cespedes who put up his best numbers in a contract year, Gordon who is 31 as a defensive player may not age well, Upton is very streaky but I'd take that and his youth over any of the others. Is Upton being held accountable for his brothers bad contract?

There is a sense that Upton doesn't have the "motor", that from year to year you don't know "which Upton" is going to show up. That can hurt a player's value when he might be asked to anchor a franchise and be paid a premium.

With that being said I wouldn't mind him coming to the Yanks for the right price, Yanks need right handed batters.
