You do know that they hold hearings on all kinds of issues. It's just that this is a high profile issue.

Where is the hearings to fix education/schools?

Where is hearings to get drugs off our streets..?

Where is the hearings to build our inner cities that are crumbling right before their eyes?... well maybe not.

I think that is a bit of a higher profile than.. baseball players on roids!

High profile in the media not for government.

They have hearings and such for all/most of what you just mentioned but it doesn't get media coverage. Heck just last week there was a panel on road infrastructure in the US.

Come to D.C. and sit on some of these panel hearings or sit and watch CSPAN all day.

You may want to re-think before you post statements that are as misinformed as your last one.
