Wow, we needed that, great come back and the kid looked great. Man he looks like he is no older then 14! lol With him and Cain and Zito I really like our starting pitching future, aslo through in Lowry. But I have a feeling Lowry might be traded for an extra bat this year.

That sounds like the exact opposite problem for the Dodgers: alot of good, young hitters in AAA, but no-one in the big leagues has power worth a damn.

Yeah it is like that with Todd L. he tears up in AAA and can't do a damn thing in the Majors. I like our pitching prospects, but for a hitters we do a bad job at delvoping hitters. We are in the win it all now stage, so we are not looking to develop hitters. Not like KC or the Marlins. I think next year will be the year we go out and sign some hitters.

I always liked watching Fred Lewis and Frandsen and boy did they put on a show. Even Ortmeier made the most out of his chance to start. Lewis will probably get the bulk of the work with Roberts out, but I do hope Frandsen gets more time as well

Looks like our bullpen blew another one while Accardo keeps up his 0.00 ERA and third save. Another brilliant trade by the Giants, giving away another lively arm that can throw heat. I never liked the trade, but now its haunting us that much more

Heya Giants fans I was watching some of the Giants/Astros game and it hit me like a ton of brinks but Linsecum (sp?) looks like a smaller version of Orel Hershiser!

Someone better start calling him Bulldog soon!

Yes sir! this guy has got some nice stuff. I know he's a rookie and hitters don't really know and haven't adjusted to him yet....but after watching all of his starts he's got pretty good control of his pitches. 10K's on an Astros team that has good hitters....pretty impressive kid!
