Go ahead run on 3rd, 2 outs, Brian Giles grounds out weakly to third. What a surprise.

      I rest my case.
      That ain't nothing.

Padres with the bases loaded are 3 for 30. 3 FOR FREAKIN 30! That's a .100 batting average.

RISP they are hitting .217 I think.

Just as soon as I mention anything about my players on my fantasy team, they have to do something to try to screw it up.

          Try 6-45 for the Dodgers.

Bottom line, you don't have it any worse than us, or any NL West team for that matter.

At least you have twice the amount of hits in just 50% more of the atbats.

The Padres would love to be 6-45 in bases loaded situations any day the past four years.

Well, I don't understand your concerns. Teams like the Dodgers and Padres don't even need alot of run support considering the superb pitching.

The Padres have more power and acutally hit for extra bases. The Dodgers are boring to watch and scrap runs on sacrafice flies, RBI groundouts, bloop singles, etc. Like I said, I'd be happy to trade offenses for a week.

I'd like to trade tonight. 9 runs for the Dodgers, 1 run on 3 hits in 10 innings for the Pads.

Easy. I'm tired of seeing Jake Peavy pitch a hell of a game only to get a no-decision or a loss because the offense either scores a run after he's out of the game or they don't give him any run support. Likewise I'm tired of wasting pitching performances like the one from last Wednesday that we got from Justin Germano and this rare nice outing by David Wells today.

Plus is it too much to ask for 3 runs? I don't care if our power numbers are little up and extra base hits, even I want to see a little bit of bloops singles and sacrifice flies. Just get some runs instead of flailing each inning.

EDIT: Here's another one. A better offense would help out bullpen out. They've pitched in way too many innings.

If the Dodgers had our offense tonight, they'd be looking at an 11th consecutive defeat against the Cardinals.

Even though he just struck out. I'd like to use Branyan used more as PH over the other guys in a tie game if he's not starting.

Thanks a lot for screwing yourself out of a win Aaron Harang. You're getting benched your next go around (even if you go on to strikeout 27 in a perfect game...)

The Padres TV deal is universally considered the worst deal in the league. Sandy Alderson thinks that the lack of exposure it created last year, may have cost Trevor Hoffman a Cy Young. Thanks to MLBTV, I've watched the games. He still stinks and is clueless at the plate. As I said, Kevin Maas of this generation.

Yeah, because sitting here with knee pads on, and swallowing whatever Kevin Towers and crew send your way is really going to change things as well.

As far as being hearsay you may want to hit up the dictionary and figure out what that means, so you can not only spell it properly, but also, apply it correctly.
I am not swallowing anything Kevin Towers and his people send my way...Its baseball and not life. I don't play baseball...So I don't need to sit here day in and day out finding something to complain about every single day...you come here to the pads boards complaining about the same thing over and over. Your points are just repeating with every post you make.

There is nothing new from your posts outside of you always try to show up someone who disagrees with you on anything whether right or wrong.

So, I have said my piece on this topic...so then rather doing what you do and repeat something over and over. I am done with this topic.

every team does it. I have yet to come across an official team's website that comes across their team negatively.

Well, except Dodger Blues, but that's all good humor.
