Come on, Dodger fan knew that. It's funny how the fans were jumping off the Coronado Bridge then Trev went 12/12 in saves with a 0.00 ERA.

Eh, then I must have confused that game with the one where he gave up 4 ER in 1/3 of an inning and blew the save.

Regardless, he hasn't pitched well against the Dodgers recently oustide of last night.

Well maybe he's felt sorry for them of late. Afterall, he does have 57 career saves against the Dodgers which is more than he has against any other team.

              Pathetic.

Another scrub pitcher with an ERA over 6 and he comes in here looking like Cy Young.

If your referring to Kuo, then you might be getting the wrong impression of him by just reading box scores. He has electric stuff (8 Ks today); it's just a matter of him gaining control and improving his K:BB ratio.

Bases loaded no outs 5 - 2 come on Padres

5 - 4 bases loaded NO OUTS. Here we go Padres... we own them for that home run debacle from last year.

5-5 sacks packed NO OUTS. 6 - 5 Padres with the walk off walk? SWEEP

lmao dodgers hahahaha what a huge meltdown. Almost thought the Padres were going to lose their second Peavy start in a row. Good work Broxton.

Just like someone told me the brilliant Jason Hirsh was the real deal his first start back in April?

It's not hard to get 8 K's against the Padres when they sport the brilliant lineup of Sledge in LF, Cameron in CF, Kouz at 3B, Branyan as PH, Blum as pick your poison, and Gonzalez 1B.

Heck, Peavy would get 15 K's constantly against his own lineup.

                        A comeback win? I don't believe it.

                        A sweep? I don't believe it.

I'm still using a Cla Meredith Avatar that might be cursing him because each player I sport here so far has been negatively affected (Barfield, Young had a rough start to the season, Hensley, and now Meredith)? I don't believe it, maybe I should sport a D'Backs Avatar so they can fall back down to earth where they're young team is supposed to be.

                        Is this the twilight zone?

Gotta love when the Giants' fan comes at the 11th hour talking about meltdowns.

Jeez, what's your record in close games this year? Hypocrisy at its finest.

That's too much to ask a team that is suffering without a stable closer for the whole season.

It's alright San Francisco, we had our pain in 2003 when Hoffman was out for the season with his shoulder surgery.

*Robb Nen also had the same procedure, very tough to come back but fortunately Hoffman did. Unfortunately, this is why the Giants have no closer.

Believe it. It should have been a 1-2-3 inning, but the defense dropped the ball....literally.

I can't wait until BK comes with his weekly negative rant about the Padres finding a way to lose.

Even rarer, the Padres actually capitalizing on those mistakes.

Jeez, this team frustrated me. Shut down by Kuo despite 4 walks and an error. Kuo needs to cut down on those and he should be fine... but if he keeps coming in games with an ERA over 6, he should be perfectly fine against the Padres.
