C'mon Rockies...someone's gotta win this thing! Those fans still left have my sympathy.

edit: awww hell, he hit the batter..sheesh.

edit edit: not to mention the couple and their young kids behind the plate! Sheesh, can't believe they are still there.

I was supposed to go with my cousin tonight, but wasn't able to. Now I am glad I didn't.

Not just the bullpens. Whomever scheduled this get away game for a night game needs to be talked to. This is whole reason you play these starting at 1pm. Gonna be like 6am when the Rockies get into Houston.

How do you play 22 innings and only score 1 run?

Welcome to Padres baseball. Cure for insomnia. 2008 edition.

Our lineup can be very feeble at times. I am more surprised that the rockies only scored 2 runs with their "potent" lineup.

Feeble at times? By "times" do you mean whenever they are playing? It's a friggin joke.

Both teams pitched well in a notorious pitchers park, few balls just died at the track.

And the "potent" lineup did win the 2nd game 10-2...

Yes yes, that potent lineup is >>>>Cla Meredith and Glendon Rusch. Congrats.

Different team at sea level though, without a doubt.

Game would've had 2 or 3 HR's that stayed inside Petco.

Lineup >>> Cla Meredith and Glendon Rusch - Same relief pitching that got all the chitchat last year about being so "Lights Out"
