Man....2 leads in 1 game. I'm finding Ricky Weeks (play) to be increasingly annoying.

My cousin mentioned on FB last night that Weeks is the new Bill Hall to the Reds. I have to agree with him. A new Reds killer that plays for the Brewers. Just great.

Not sure if any of yall collect cards or such but im building my Drew Stubbs collection up so if anyone spots any auto cards out their lemme know cause I will be interested. I followed Stubbs here at Texas and it has led to me becoming a REDS fan as well. So far my Stubbs collection consists of 5 auto cards and a custom authentic REDS home jersey I bought through the MLB store. Anyways just wanted to say whats up to fellow REDS fans.

What's up, man? What do you mean by "auto cards?"

So I've seen some trade rumors, or at least speculation out there, and one idea someone at ESPN had was trading Yonder Alonso straight-up for JJ Hardy. Any thoughts? Yeah, it might fill a need for both teams now and in the future for both teams, especially for the Orioles, but JJ Hardy can't pitch.

Auto cards as in auto graphed cards. They are pretty sweet and official through Topps. Trade rumor sounds interesting. It just seems its bullpen trouble and then just dumb mistakes. THe series against the Brewers seemed like Weaks was being fed fastballs and purely smashing them. Didnt see much adjustment when pitching to him. Im excited for the second half of the season and see how the team comes out.

I was reading about "buy low" candidates on ESPN.com and saw Gordon Beckham listed. I didn't know his natural position was SS. Make the move, Uncle Walt. Get Beckham.

Cozart has been doing a good job though. I think we should just send Gomes to whoever wants him :/

I always forget about him and don't quite know why. I guess because he's so new?

Yeah. He has done a very good job in the time he has been up. I wish they would have brought him up earlier. Personally I think they should give him a month to play, and then decide if they need a SS. He is quick, got a good glove a bat. They can't do that now since they brought him up later though, so they should decide.
I personally wouldn't start Gomes any more at all. I like Gomes, but he has sucked this year. Fred Lewis and Heisy and out playing him bigtime.

not sure how legitimate the rumor is, but I've seen Ubaldo Jimenez's name mentioned with the Reds. Not sure what we'd have to give up for him, but could be worth it.
