I think that the people who are saying that there is no problem know this, but they don't want User blockes toned down because it is probably one of the few things that can equalize things online. I think that they care more about H2H balance than realism right now.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

How good is this CPU block from Henson?

I nailed the handoff, but he got it. I'd rather some OP blocks from guards and this stays in, than if blocks are nerfed like 2K15.

Makes zero sense. There is no H2H balance right now when u have beaten a player and the other user just switch to the nearest random defender and mash the block button. There's no timing involved or anything. If the defense is beaten it's beaten. But this game let's ppl just switch to the nearest defender and mash the block button. That's not balance, that's a broken game.

"Broken" I swear this word is used so much on these boards and this is BEFORE the big patch....

I don't know why y'all just get rid of the game if it's so "broken" for you to enjoy.

Welp, there was a long thread on 3pt shooting being to hard and we see how that turned out. We should already be prepared for how this is going to end.

              Re: Blocks are ridiculous!

I've sat back and read all 39 pages of this topic and I must agree with the people that say user blocking is broken. I've seen way too many times, in online ranked & mypark, where the user will clearly be beaten and still manage to stop a play that shouldn't have been stopped. Another thing that you have to factor, which was said a few posts up, is that it takes players, mainly big men, too long to set up for a dunk. One of the reasons why there are way too many blocks is the fact that a lot of the wrong dunking animations are used. My player should be able to determine if he wants to throw it down or go for a quick clean dunk. Instead, I find my user controlled player going for the slam dunk that requires him to reach back and slam it down which results in a block from people that shouldn't be blocking. So basically one of those two things need to be changed quickly because it's really frustrating.

U like it because u don't understand realistic basketball. Then u got a comment about 'smart shots'; being on a fast break is a smart shot dude. And if I have my big against ur 6'2 guard I think I have the advantage.

One thing I noticed about these forums. No matter what legit issue people have with the game, there are some of u that will always, and I mean always, have some kind of rebuttal. It gets old.

Thank you for being realistic. I swear ppl on here will make someone think they are they only one with the "problem". They rebuttal everything someone says about the game and it's sad. I mean, where's the ommon sense. I can't believe some of the things ppl say on here. Mind boggling smh

I get stripped way more than blocked. (then again I play PF, so I am a prime target for square (x) mashers.
I absolutely love the strips in the paint. In my experience they only happen in traffic and that makes sense. The getting blocked from behind by Ricky rubio is what drives me insane.

Sell the broken game and be done with it already.

I love the blocking in this years game, it's actually fun to defense. I would rather have it the way it is than having my big men hands go through the ball or drop their hand when they are in perfect position to contest.

Then go for a layup, I had that happen to me playing with Rose I had a clear fast break dunk and I decided to do a flashy dunk instead of something simple, I took responsibility for getting blocked because we have options on how we finish at the rim.

The unreleastic catchup logic on chasedown blocks is the only thing that bothers me.

I just had damn Mike Dunleavy chase down Hezonja and smack the hell out of my shot. I was pissed OFF!

Where did you not, so inform us what were you doing when you got blocked ? because it does not negate what I said we have option when it comes to scoring.
