Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)
Last night i started my association with my Timberwolves and immediatley made the move to get my favorite all time wolf, KG of course and i made a couple other moves landing Jordan hill from the rockets and Jarrett Jack from the raptors. My rotation looks like this:
PG:Jonny Flynn-Jarrett Jack (for Darko)
SG:Martell Webster-Larry Hughes(signed in FA)
SF:Corey Brewer-Wesley Johnson
PF:Kevin Garnett-Jordan Hill (for sebation telfair and DP)
C:Kevin Love
I was also thinking of signing Szcerbiak in FA and Marbury for some veteren leadership and because i am nostalgic like that but i am quite happy and am 1-0 with the nuggets up next to play.Comment

Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)
I'm having a lot of fun with my Bobcats Assoc.. Signed Kwame Brown on the FA; traded Thomas, Jackson and 12' pick for Monta Ellis and Dorell Wright; and traded DJ Augustin, Dampier and 11' pick for Arenas. I'm 1-1, lost to Orlando 96-87 and defeated GS on the 2nd game by 95-82.
Scorer: Monta Ellis 23.5
Rebounds: Mohammed 7.5
Assists: Arenas 7.0
Steals: Arenas 2.5
Blocks: Kwame Brown and Livingston 2.0Last edited by Knickerlem; 10-25-2010, 07:31 PM.Comment

Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)
I have a nice association going with the Nets. Devin Harris is a straight up beast! He's definitely going to be an All-Star for me this year. We have a lot of young talent, but we are very competitive. 2-2 right now and going on the road to Orlando.
Top Performers:
Devin Harris - 27.3ppg - 3.7 rebs - 8.8 apg
Brook Lopez - 15ppg - 12.7rebs - 3.5bpg
Anthony Morrow - 16ppg - 51% 3PT
I love this game!Originally posted by J. ColeFool me one time that's shame on you. Fool me twice can't put the blame on you. Fool me three times, **** the peace sign, load the chopper let it rain on you.

Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)
Didn't know where to post this, and didn't think it deserved its own thread...but is Da'Sean Butler on the default rosters?
Completely forgot about the former WVU standout, and wouldn't mind picking him up and putting him in the D-League. Anyone know if he was on the original rosters?Originally posted by Edmund BurkeAll that is needed for the triumph of evil, is for good men to do nothing.Comment

Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)
For you guys that have started a season and associations:
Have you seen dynamic attendance, and different crowd levels at the arenas?
Has anyone seen home crowds leave early during blowouts, like they talked about in the developer insights?Comment

Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)
Not any of the three 2K ones so far.
He was just cut by the Heat so that lessens his chance of being in the game. I would just look on 2K Share and hope you find one that doesn't have him rated like in the 80's.Chicago Bulls
Chicago Bears

Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)
I would try to go for a young guard or small forward. Thompson is a good young PF, with Landry there to cover for the time being. I would replace either Uddrih or Casspi with a new guy but keep them to come off the bench.Comment

Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)
After a slow start, I've climbed to 5-6 with my Bobcats. My last game against the TWolves was crazy!
First of all, Tyrus Thomas (who starts) had a triple-double with 20 pts, 14 rebounds, 10 assist, and 4 blocks. I led by as many as 11, but the game came down to the final few possessions. Johnny Flynn hit a clutch 3 to tie the game at 110 with about 8 seconds left. In inbounded the ball, created some space with DJ Augustin, and hit the game winning bucket with his fadeaway J!
Gerald Wallace has been my bread and butter on offense, and I'm actually shooting an amazing 50% from 3 with dude. I've had a hard time getting Jax going.
Next game is against the 9-1 Heat. Wade got hurt in the first game of the season and tore his MCL, so he's out for the year. Still, 'Bron is averaging about 34 ppg so it will be a challenge to slow him down.-Jay Illestrate, Emcee/Producer/Graphic Artist
