So what do you think would make this trade as realistic as possible? I feel the Magic would be satisfied with the inclusion of Derrick Williams and the picks would kind of balance it out. But any suggestions would be great.

Right now I'm trying to make a playoff push with the Timberwolves in my second year as "GM". I managed to keep most of the talent (I signed Beasley to an extension), and players progressed a lot in the offseason. We're 2 games back of the 8th seed at the trade deadline, and I'm thinking of making a move. I'd rather buy than sell, but I'm pretty open to both. Heres my Roster for a general idea of where I am.

PG: Rubio (81), Barea (67), Dragic (64)
SG: Johnson (71), Jenkins (66), Ellington (64)
SF: Beasley (82), Caspi (60)
PF: Love (86), Williams (75)
C: Randolph (78), Drummond (71), Milicic (62)

The pieces I'd be most inclined to move are Drummond and Johnson if the return meant a better SG. I like my team, but its hard when I have virtually no point production between my PG and SG, and I'd much rather keep Rubio and build at the SG position. I want to figure out a way to get Michael Beasley. Later today I'm going to try this three team trade I heard about: Lakers get Beasley, Blazers get Steve Blake, and Wolves get Jamal Crawford.

By the way I have Gasol starting at center with Murphy at the 4 so does anyone have any advice on how to get a big man so I don't have to play small every game? I can do Steve Blake for Joel Anthony but a 55 rating is too low for me. Suggestions? I'm not going for total realism either.

Do the Lakers still have Bynum? If so, there is absolutely no way in hell Kupchak would even remotely consider this trade. Much less give the Clippers a draft pick as well...

Yes I have still Bynum. I really needed a pg and figured Jordan could play the PF along side Bynum. I wanted to make us younger and more athletic. I figured I should trade pau now that he has value left. Couldn't really find a better trade tho. I think this, minus the draft pick maybe, was better than Luis Scola + kyle Lowry/Kevin Martin.
