I know you guys have discussed a lot about using legends in association and other things, but all I want is free the classic teams from the generic players, add in their places some hole players just to warm the bench trade some legends to some current teams and play a season with them.

Is that easy? Do I have to follow all those steps in association or just unlock all legends?

I just wanna play season mode.

Could someone answer me please? Thanks in advance, guys.

Yes once again to do anything with legends or their teams YOU NEED to UNLOCK them first.

To make trades or roster management in any way YOU NEED to EXPORT them

Sadly, I don't have any video equipment I can use to make a video. I guess I'll just hold out for that 2K Share file you were talking about in the other thread. (provided of course they ever get the 2K servers up and going again)

Some guy on 2kshare for ps3..has uploaded the 99 00 lakers 94 95 rockets 02 03 spurs...he was able to trade and assign classic players...

so Kobe and shaq on the 99 00 lakers and are in playing on the staples center wid long shorts..

I created a account just to thank gmcrb28and whoever else help you figure this out. I had one foot out the door about to use this game to preorder batman then I found this site. I have just one question though.

How did yall figure this out? Have yall seen a similar problem like this before or something because it just seems so crazy. I would have never thought to do anything remotely like that.

I can only say for myself that I want to be able to a) add missing players to legend teams and b) create other classic teams that a legend might play for such as Havlicek for the 74 Celtics.

Given the crap I went through last year with all the glitches that came up after hours of work (losing names) I want to make sure I take my time and avoid unnecessary issues.

I do have a cell phone, but it's a WAY out-of-date iPhone 3G, which means no video camera. I'm planning on getting the 4S for my birthday this month so the soonest I can get a video up, if I'm still having problems, will be a few weeks.

WOW!!! all this for stuff guys have been doing for years!!!! I wish someone would have opened an account for Portlandblazer and I back in 07 when me and him made over 150 teams using this method, No 2k share back then either so we uploaded it to a site, almost 800 DL's later the number is still climbing. gmcr28, I give you credit for being the first one to post it on here about 2k12, but while you were posting I was creating. have every Team USA basketball squad done, 2002 Lakers, 97 Heat (sux because they have the new uni's not the old) and the 02 wizards. BTW, I have it on the PS3 once I perfect my CAPS they will be up on 2k share, but right now i'm unlocking all the Classic teams!
