so whats the deal with the money on the game? my contract is 1.74 millions a year. and till now i have gotten 1.04 and it says there are no more paydays.. where is allmost half of my paycheck? do i get it after the season or what?

Yea idk, like I didn't get payed in the playoffs ever. They act funny with your money

yeah i noticed that on an earlier save. that during the playoffs you dont get paid. but now im 700k short. where did all that money go, i have no idea.

1. As a pg, can u use quick play for each player?

For example, my quick plays as a PG on Bulls are:

Hamilton get open
Deng cut to the basket
Boozer post up
My MP iso
Run best play

Let's say I wanna ask Noah to cut to the basket, ask Deng to get open and ask hamilton to cut to the basket. How can I do that?

When CJ Watson is on the court and I use quick play to ask someone to cut to the basket, there is only the option to ask CJ watson to do that and he will miss or getting block so how I can ask someone else to cut to the basket by using quick play?



2. When I have Kevin Love as my teammate, he seems to get only around 8-10rpg. (I guess because his vertical is so low) Kevin Love also score only a few points (around 10 ppg at most) Any efficient way to utilize him? he barely does off rebs and put back and he doesn't shoot much from mid-3pt range. Only time he seem to score well is when he does the post up but i can't ask him to post up all the time to get him 25ppg like his real life?

PS. When I sim the game, Noah seems to average only around 5ppg and got only a few rebounds. Seems really unrealistic. I know that Noah is not good this season but he is not a 5ppg C.

2. For your scoring issues with Love, I suggest makin him, or Noah, or whomever is a big on the court with you, set a pic for you, then look or Love. Put him in the best position to score. I can't tell you what to do exactly because I don't have Love on my team, and I play on HOF(from what I've seen on here, that's not a common difficulty level), but I know all about getting the most out of my teammates offensively. Idk, Dajuan Blair has taken 65 3pt attempts so far this season on my team, tho I don't want him to, do I can't fathom why love wouldn't. But anyways, yea try that Pick n roll/pop/post, swing the ball offensive strategy, it's a wonderful thing. Good luck.

And for the simulated game stats, what are you gonna do about the CPU generated stats? It is what it is.

No ideas over here either, nor do remember of it comes in the offseason. I know in real life, they make their year to year money($1.74 or whatever) over the course of the regular season, and the playoffs is extra bucks. But idk, I guess it's just something else 2K lapsed on.

maybe taxes LOL, but i play for the heat so no no taxes florida. lol. it is pretty weird though. like u said playoffs are extra bucks but here we get even less then were supposed to in the regular season. and not a little less either almost 50%.. damn.. plus we do all these endorsments for free too..

No problem. No, you can't tell anyone to cut outside of the quick play option player. I don't run the playbook honestly, work on that p'n'r offense tho. As for plays, I myself am too lazy and/or don't care for them. I'm a PG as well, if p'n'r wasn't workin so well for me, I'd probably be utilizing the plays more often, I'm sure there are some good stuff in the playbook. But I'd rather run an 'offense' instead of plays. Mainly because I feel it's more effective on a consistant basis. With plays, our CPU teammates aren't trustworthy enough for me to run plays for them. In the p'n'r, I set them up where its easy for them to finish, I.e. wide open jumpshots or layups consistantly.

If you check back the last 2-3 pages before this one, I gave the best explanation I could on the p'n'r. Check it out.

Quick recap of a game against the cavs.

We won 103-100 after they outscored my team 34-20 in the 4th when I was pulled out with a injury (yet to be determined) before I was pulled out.

My Player Stat Line:
33 Min 48 Pts 11 Reb 11 Ast 5 Stl 6 T.O.(first quarter and a half) 16-27 FG 0-1 3pt 16-16 FT

Update: Twisted Ankle out for 10 days instead of trying to play through it for 21 days I will miss out between 5-6 key games unfortunately I really don't understand how I keep getting hurt with my durability so high (96) I decided to max it out and pray because this is my 3rd injury this year. I also ended up becoming 80 Ovr after assigning attributes after this game.

I haven't posted lately because the past 33 games on Superstar difficulty have been a terrible experience for me, and YES, worst than losing 25 consecutive games on All-Star Difficulty!

Sure, it's been a personal challenge to maintain statistical prowess but the gameplay (Difficulty) as WELL DOCUMENTED AS IT IS - STILL SUCKS!

1. The outcome of the game is scripted and pre-determined before they finish the opening commentary! Take a look below; notice the trend, you can do everything within your "joystick powers" and the outcome is not going to be a win!

It's not the per se "Win/Loss" ratio its who you lose to and how. You can't blow away weak teams no matter how well your team plays. Every game no matter the outcome is irritating because of the scripting! Explain to me how your team can shoot 54% to 34% by your opponent and your are down 11 points at halftime? Why do I think that I am intelligent bc I won't shoot for the first 5 possessions of every half, every game? (anyone who has played 20 games on any difficulty knows the answer to this one)

2. You must HOLD OFF your opponent's RUN for the ENTIRE 3RD QUARTER or lose!

3. Why is a player rated at OVR: 93; "Ice Skating on the Court" ?

There is no justification for this (loss of player control consistent w/rookie season) when respective skill sets are in the high 90s and the Clutch rating is above 60! On top of that it occurs when playing against marginal matchups!

4. The damn booing on my home court to end the season hasn't helped either. Mysteriously after the season ended my League Wide Popularity and Local Fan Support dropped 20 points again!

Not real happy right about now.

I've noticed the exact same things as the guy above posted about games going according to script. Has everyone else noticed it? Can you get to the point where you can win games you clearly weren't supposed to, or blow out teams you clearly weren't supposed to? Or is it rather pointless?

Well that Cleveland game MP got hurt seemed scripted for us to lose, because every time I was pulled out they went on a run and after my injury they outscored my team 34-20, but luckily my teammates pulled it out.

I just got through simulating me back from injury ended up missing 13 games not 10 days..... missed out on 9 key games and Utah's record went from 43-15 1st in the nba to 45-26 3rd in the west.
