Yeah. I was traded for first rounders to LAL, GSW and TOR. All had regular picks excepts TOR. The Bulls traded their first to the Bucks, did not acquire another one, and still had their usual first rounder in the season.Support Local Sports

Re: Official NBA 2K12 My Player Thread
Started an athletic PG and was drafted 10th overall by the Bucks. Playing on All Star. This team is pretty awful. We're 1-6 right now. That one win was a one point victory while we've had a few blowout losses. I do feel like I'm actually on a team that will be rebuilding in the future though so that's kinda cool. Getting killed by the other team isn't really fun though...Comment

Re: Official NBA 2K12 My Player Thread
I had a horrible game in a must win game and the interviewer told me it was a coming out party. Really?? I did have 10 assists off the bench and a A Teammate grade. But, that was the only thing I did good. I had 6 TOs and I shot 8%. I went 1-12 shooting. I missed easy open shots.
The funny thing is a game after that, I got the starting job. I didnt deserve the starting job.Comment

Re: Official NBA 2K12 My Player Thread
Twenty five games into my rookie season with the Pacers, my player was traded to the Bulls along with Roy Hibbert for Joakim Noah and a 1st round draft pick. The last ten games or so, I've been playing really well, getting 20 PPG, 7 RPG, and 8 APG. Hopefully I can keep it up and help the Bulls back to the Finals.
I'm a small forward, by the way.Comment

Re: Official NBA 2K12 My Player Thread
My 1st start was ruined(Stewie voice) by my 7 TOs. I only had 1 TO in 1st half. It wasnt bad passes(well some of them were), most of them were because I have low Ball Security and sliding CPUs. But, I did have a good overall game besides TOs. I had 14pts(5-5 shooting), 11 assists, 3 rebs, 2 steals, 1 block. It was clouded by my 7 TOs.
I have 1 game left in season and we(Mavs) are not going to the playoffs.Comment

Re: Official NBA 2K12 My Player Thread
1st game of second year with my PG against the Bulls ended in a big blowout loss. I started the game good, but my TOs problems are really hurt my team. I really have to work on Ball Security and Off Hand Dribble. I think I gave up 8 TOs. I am having problems finding ways to score. I have Shot Med Maxed, Shoot in Traffic and FT at 90, but with my Ball Handling being terrible it makes me hesititant to drive. I am using Run Plays and I would have to call a play because I dont get any play calls(good ones at least)
I asked for a trade to the Magic. I dont really like the playcalls. They have younger similar players and the chance of playing with Dwight is something I dont want to pass up. Also, Dirk getting injured in the 1st game of the season for 1-2 makes it a easy decision.
I got Hustle to 90(I see a difference) and On Ball D to 74. I will max that and get Steal to 90. After that, I HAVE to work on Ball Handling. I will try to get Ball security to 90 and max Off Hand Dribbling. Another that I want to work on is Speed and Quickness. The majority of my games are against Very Athletic PGs who can score. With my Speed and Quickness being 80 or lower, I am a big liability. So, I will work on Ball Security, Off Hand Dribble, Durability, and Stamina, so I get Speed and Quickness to show up more in dribble course.Comment

Some of the key attributes to boost are the rebounding numbers, vertical, shot inside, shoot in traffic, low post defense, and hands.Remember your roots:

Re: Official NBA 2K12 My Player Thread
I finally got a triple double with my athletic point guard in a game against the Lakers. I've had many games where I am one or two rebounds short of a triple double, and it has been incredibly frustrating.
I finally got it: 34 pts, 10 rbd, 12 ast. Also had 3 blocks and 2 steals. Sadly my shot percentage was only 38 for the game, but that's because I got too frustrated and started trying to full on carry the team by myself at the end of the game again.
Twenty or so games left in the season, playoffs are very out of reach. I just want to increase my buzz as much as I can before the season ends. Stupid overtime hours at work means I'll only have one day in the next week I can play at all, but oh wells.
EDIT TO ADD QUESTION:
By the way, what base and release is everyone using? Its awfully hard to tell from the edit player screen how high a base is. I'm looking for the highest jump animation possible for the base. Anyone know what it is?"You honestly don't really feel it when the shots are going down. You don't ever get the goose bumps until the fans start to appreciate what you're doing."

I'm in my 5th season, and I can probably count on one hand how many times I've achieved a triple-double with my PG involving rebounds. I average 5 on my career. I mainly get my triple-doubles l(& I have tons) with pts, ast, & steals. My YouTube page http://www.youtube.com/user/SleepyNate718/videosComment

Re: Official NBA 2K12 My Player Thread
I'd probably get over 10 rebounds a game very easily if I didn't have Kevin Love as a teammate."You honestly don't really feel it when the shots are going down. You don't ever get the goose bumps until the fans start to appreciate what you're doing."
