Thanks for the tip. I boosted my Hustle rating tonight from 75 to 90 and felt that I had my best rebounding game in a while. Even alongside Noah, and going against Chandler and Stoudamire, I managed to pull down the boards that I was expecting. I just maxed it up to 99 so I'll keep playing like that for a while (keeping both Rebound attributes at 80) to see if I continue performing better in that aspect.

Hustle does not, however, factor much in Overall rating, as my boost from 75 to 99 Hustle did not budge my Overall up from 77.

So from here on out, I'll be able to cash in my Speed boost from the drills for ~2400 pts every time... looks like I'll make a big jump in rating next year. I'm already leading the Most Improved Player vote this year -- I wonder if you can win it two years in a row?

One issue raining on my parade in Chicago is disgruntled teammates. My teammate chemistry is up to 100, but there are four players on my team with rating drops of 7 points or more! I remember from the game last year, the guy whose place I took in the starting lineup would pout and take a serious rating hit. But I don't understand why it's so widespread on my current team...

      Ronnie Brewer: -3
      Carlos Boozer: -7
      Shannon Brown: -7
      Taj Gibson: -7
      Jimmy Butler: -8

Has anyone else seen it this severe on their team? (BTW, there's no way to tell the impact on team chemistry, since NBA.com shows every team in the league at 85%.)

I think they depend on that players' ratings, personalities, roles on the teams and the minutes they got.

Well since u r PF. Boozer with rating around 77-78 will be unhappy if he didn't start. Then, Taj rating around 72-74 is suppose to be happy being your sixth man but I guess your sixth man right now is Boozer so Taj is unhappy too.

For player like Shannon Brown, he is suppose to be happy with just 6th man role but not something lower. (I guess he is not ur starting SG. Right?) Since ur 6th man should be Boozer now. Brown will be unhappy as a role player.

Brewer and Butler suppose to be happy with just being "role" so not sure why they are unhappy. (However, as I said before, not just roles but minutes do matter too) Maybe because you have another SG/SF who stole their minutes to somce certain degree. If Butler develop a lot, maybe rating 70+, he will want incresing role on your team.

      >I think player rating 75+ will be happy only when he is a starter. (But I saw a few cases for player rated around 78 is happy with being 6th man. Never saw player with rating above 80 who is happy being just 6th man)
      >70-74 for 6th man.
      >Player around 65-72 still be happy as role players.(depending on minutes)
      >Lower than that should be happy being a benchwarmer.
      >Sometime young players with high rating listed as prospect will not be much unhappy depending on minutes they got.

I think it also depends on player's personality whether he will be satisfy with his role too. Luol Deng rating 77-78, for example, is happy being 6th man but he need around 18-20 minutes per game. (This is before the roster update so his rating is just 77-78. With new roster update, he is 82-83 now so I guess it may be different)

        PG/ATH/JAZZ/ROOKIE/83 OVR

53-26 Utah Jazz vs. 29-51 Memphis Grizzlies (no idea on what happened)

I'll keep this short, It was a competitive game for a while, but we pulled away and won 109-97. This was close to our other meetings that ended 106-90 Utah and the closest of the 3 a 95-87 win for Utah.

We swept the season series against a team that imo should be a playoff team, but 2k doesn't agree for w/e reason.

        Stat Line:

        P. Henderson - 42 Min 35 Pts 9 Reb 21 Ast 15 Stl 2 Blk 7 T.O. 12-28 FG 0-1 3pt 11-11 FT

My 18th Career Triple Double, my last two games are against the mavericks in a key game I assume will cause me trouble as I have been injured in both games IIRC while my team is up 2-0 I feel like it is a team that will annoy.

The last game of the season is against the Portland Trailblazers that I assume will be a cake walk, but I will bring my A-game despite there 36-44 Record.

I will be battling OKC in the last two games for the number 1 seed as we are tied at 54-26 and they have a 3-1 series lead against my team the last 2 games were without me while the other two were split. LAC has pretty much sealed up the 3rd seed I don't think they lead the series against either me or the thunder and they trail by 2 games.

I kind of want the number 2 seed to avoid the rockets and get the spurs, Clippers, and lakers in my bracket either way the west is a gauntletwhile the east should come down between the Celtics (1st) Heat (2nd) or Bull (3rd) imo.

Should have an official thread for create a legend too.

I stop (hopefull;y just temporary) my MP SG with TWolves at 7th season now. (I mentioned a reason earlier in this thread: I can't stand nonsense coach who start a trash center over Kevin Love and my bench is now full of crap.

Since I wanna play with Bulls as a PG and I don't wanna steal the job from Derrick Rose. From my experience, if I start MP as a PG then requesting trade to Bulls, it will lead to unpleasant result. If I do it, they gonna trade some starters for me. Probably trading Deng or Noah for me and I don't want that. (My SG was traded with Noah) Also, when I finally get starting spot from Rose, he will be unhappy, his rating will suffer a lot (so he can't not play with his full potential) and he will be struck as a 6th man for the whole length of his contract. (If your team keep winning, your GM will not trade players at all. I'm being on a teams that keep winning for 6 seasons and they didn't even make a single trade even if some players on my teams being unhappy and requesting to be traded)

Therefore, instead of playing MP PGwith Bulls, I start create a legend being Rose himself. Pretty happy with this so far. Rose start at 92 and will be 99 in no time. In my best game on allstar difficulty, I got 39 pts from 17/28FGs, 3/7 3pts, 7 rebs, 33 asts (NBA record), 10 stls, 3 blks with 3 turnovers. Didn't trun a play on but i did use quickplay for getting assists. Ending my 1st season with 30+ppg, 7.1 rpg and 12.5 apg with 3.5 turnovers/game.

Learning from Rose in create a legend. Playing PG is fun so I may start MP PG soon.

I understand the theory. The result in this instance seems excessive, so I'm hoping to compare with the experience of others. What does your team look like?

Kinda the same at the start of the year not as drastic being in Utah without any real stars, but Harris dropped 8 pts iirc Favors and someone else might of dropped 2-3 pts off and on but at this point in the season I think everyone except harris is at there normal OVR or higher.

54-26 Utah Jazz vs. 47-33 Dallas Mavericks (4th in West)

This was a fun highly contested game until the closing minutes when I was able to lead my team to the win 114-107.

The first half was won by Utah 58-52 due to the turnover difference (6) while we were out rebounded 25-18. I have to say that this is the most annoying team to play against with Dirk and all those 3pt Shooters I really think this team is like the magic except slightly better in how they run there offense. (opinions?)

The dreaded 3rd quarter will get its own small paragraph. I literally couldn't stop them as they outscored us 35-24 and were 4/4 from 3 and shot 9/11 FT compared to our 2/2. I also went from 1 T.O. to 4-5 in a matter of minutes, but I will give this credit mainly to trying to beat up there 2-3 zone (iirc) it was difficult getting inside I was lucky they decided not to stay with it.

The score heading into the 4th was 82-87 Mavs. This quarter I played the best ball I think I could of as PG as I was able to get our offense in position to go 12/15 from the field 1/1 3pt 7/8 FT(not me) and get 9 assist to 1 T.O. while we out rebounded dallas 9-3 and out scored them in the paint 18-4. We scored a total of 32 pts to there 20 and won in convincing fashion after the game was within 3 till about the 4 min mark.

                Notes:

Dirk is a F'n beast to deal with I had to try my best to keep him from getting the ball and when I drew too far in he would kick it out to Kidd or Terry for the easy 3.

I also want to mention how much I love my 4 "Big Men" as they combined for 65 Pts 14 Reb (wish it was higher) 4 Ast 28-39 FG 9-14 FT

Harris and Howard have been stepping it up and I have nothing but love from there play since my last rant.

                Stat Line:

                47 Min (a lot lol) 32 Pts 9 Reb 25 Ast 9 Stl 7 T.O. 13-30 FG (...) 0-1 3pt (shot clock) 6-6 FT

This was a fun game to win outside the 3rd quarter when they shot 5-8 from 3 which made my double digit lead go down to 8 going into the 5th where I had to step up and close it out for the 112-94 W.

I switched mine a lot for a while, trying to find one I liked. I didn't want to spend skill points on free throw the first half of the season, so I needed to find one I can work with early. I believe it is called "Round."

I can't get any of my media zone to upload to the site. Anyone know why? I go into the main menu > HP Media Zone and select where it says view/share or whatever, but all it does it load it up for me to see right there on my screen. I never see an option to upload to the website. Also, my latest MP isn't updating up there either.

This is frustrating because I wanted to post a couple screenshots with my updates, and maybe create some banners/graphics in photoshop of my players.

On another note, I am taking a break from my Rockets PG and created a SF. The position does feel more intuitive to me since that's what I played, but man is it slower progression. There are almost no key games for 2x skill points. I'm playing each game so far, but Holiday (I got drafted to the Sixers, woot!) is a damned ball hog.

Will he loosen up to me when I become a starter, or does he always stay a selfish player? I'd love to stay with the Sixers since I love that team ("Born a wolf, bleed a Sixer") but if he's going to do nothing but try to drive the lane most possessions this will get boring fast.
