I have seen both sides of this Derrick has to be the most improved player on my team other than me from the start of the year, I will post his monthly stats later when I am free.

I'm glad to hear that he's improved, because thus far he's been awful for me, granted it is still very early.

Sidenote - 12 games through and I just became the starting PG!

I tried to mimmick him like Kendall marshall

In the Elite game, he had 12 points and 10 boards. Also had 2 rebounds.

I was selected 11th overall to the Warriors.

I wish they had a average min in the split stats either way here we go at for the season 15.3 MPG.

            November 15 GP 4 PPG 3.3 RPG .628 FG% .462 FT%

            December 15 GP 3.4 PPG 3.7 RPG .420 FG% .529 FT%

            January 13 GP 3.2 PPG 2.5 RPG .40 FG% .778 FT%

            February 12 GP 7.7 PPG 4 RPG .614 FG% .286 FT% (no idea lol)

March 19 GP 5.1 PPG 5.4 RPG .438 FG% .614 FT% I was out this month and part of January iirc which is why I think his numbers took a slight dip.

            April 4 GP 11.5 PPG 5.5 RPG .808 FG% .40 FT%

I am excited to see what next year hold for him and the other bigs.

                  2 Turnovers

Strengths: Confident shooter once he gets into a rhythm. Finishes strong on the break and runs the floor efficiently. Always active, always trying to make something happen around the basket. High basketball IQ, high awareness of what's going on around him.

Weaknesses: A definite scorer, but his shot s still somewhat inconsistent. Lacks great anticipation when playing the passing lanes. At ties tries to force the issue offensively instead of taking what the defense gives him. Needs to improve his handle, which would help him create shots for himself and his teammates.

Re: Official NBA 2K12 My Player Thread

I ditched my All-Around Center after starting his third season, because of some of the stat caps (specifically Speed, Vertical, Ball Security, and especially Quickness). Although I knew the caps in advance thanks to the spreadsheet floating around, once I reached them I realized I wasn't satisfied.

I created a new All-Around PF, which has secondary position as C, so I'm still in the post 95% of the game. I'm enjoying it a little bit more than my first attempt, but I'm on a slower development curve. I coasted my rookie year (didn't win a starting spot until playoffs) and I think the attributes are more expensive overall.

Well, I decided to restart my My Player. I was drafted by the Bobcats as an Athletic SG. In the first game against the Magic we won 101-96.

My statline: 14 Minutes. 21 Pts. 1 Reb. 3 Asts. 1 Stl. 0 Blk. 0 TO. 10-11 shooting. And Jordan player of the game.

Re: Official NBA 2K12 My Player Thread

My new MP, the All-Around PF, is Nate Armstrong, 7'1", 285 lbs. Entering game 82 of his second season, he's only at 77 overall. But I've finally maxed out all the attributes besides Speed that can be given from the Dribble Course drill (Layup, Off-hand Dribbling, Ball Security, Stamina, Durability, and Quickness). So from here on out, I'll be able to cash in my Speed boost from the drills for ~2400 pts every time... looks like I'll make a big jump in rating next year. I'm already leading the Most Improved Player vote this year -- I wonder if you can win it two years in a row?

One issue raining on my parade in Chicago is disgruntled teammates. My teammate chemistry is up to 100, but there are four players on my team with rating drops of 7 points or more! I remember from the game last year, the guy whose place I took in the starting lineup would pout and take a serious rating hit. But I don't understand why it's so widespread on my current team...

                        Ronnie Brewer: -3
                        Carlos Boozer: -7
                        Shannon Brown: -7
                        Taj Gibson: -7
                        Jimmy Butler: -8

Has anyone else seen it this severe on their team? (BTW, there's no way to tell the impact on team chemistry, since NBA.com shows every team in the league at 85%.)

Favors became the second highest rate PF in my MP after 5-6 seasons. (behind Blake Griffin) I think his rating is around 92-93 in my 7th season and his averages are around 17-18 ppg and 9rpg. Definitely worth waiting for his improvements.

52-26 Utah Jazz vs. 15-63 New Orleans Hornets

quick recap since it wasn't a fun game to play due to there lack of competition. They had 56 overall Greivis Vasquez starting for the injured Jarret Jack.

Utah walked away with a easy 115-88 Win.

                            Stat Line:

                            P.Henderson - 36 Min 41 Pts 3 Reb 17 Ast 11 Stl 2 Blk 5 T.O. 17-28 FG 7-7 FT

The low minutes was due to foul trouble, but the game was in hand even when I was not in the game. This was also my 17th Career Triple Double.

Our 'Cats just went on to completely blow out the Bucks. Usually when I'm not playing, the Bobcats won't do so hot, but when I came in with 4 left in the 1st quarter it was 16-3. We ended up keeping the lead and winning 92-73.

                              I had 26 points, 3 assists, 2 rebounds, 1 block, 2 steals and 2 TOs.

My best guess is that you took minutes from all of them and maybe roles which would piss them off. IDK though just a guess.
