I been running with LAC and CP3's quickness and general evasiveness really makes you feel like you're in his shoes. I really feel like if the double doesn't come, I will be able to get wherever I want until the D collapses and then dish to the open man. Speaking of which, the doubles are NASTY and force you to either evade it, pass away, or split it immediately. If not they will just rip you, you'll lose it or throw it off their shoulder or something, or jump ball.

But controlling CP3 is just a thing of beauty. The little scurrying out of the double, pushing off to create space, deceptive shoulder turns, you just say, "That's Chris Paul."

In order to balance the rebounds I had to actually offset User and CPU Off rebounds to 35 and Def rebounds for User and CPU to double that, at 70, just to stop the O-boards nonsense. This will likely be patched.

My only complaint though. Game is amazing. I play SS/Sim 10 min qtrs

I like the game. I'm struggling to see how much Jay Z actually benefited this game though.

This game owns my soul. Just played a 12 minute quarter length game against the pistons. I was the celtics. All star and simulation game style. First off, this is the greatest basketball game ever made and honestly in my eyes the greatest sports game of all time. I am simply in awe of how they can literally capture every players essense and translate it into the game.

Honestly, if you dont like this game, you will never be satisfied with anything in life ( I feel sorry for your gf/wife)

The ebb and flow of this game is something I cant really articulate into words but it just feels like NBA basketball. There were runs, slumps and times when both teams were just going at it.

The computer. Is. Flipping. Incredible. I really feel theres no more need to play against human opponents. Isnt the only reason we do that because playing against the cpu doesnt feel real? WELL no more. I really cant believe some of the moves and plays they were pulling off against me. They play so damn REALISTIC i just can not describe how this makes me feel inside. KG had five fouls and they were running a post play for Monroe every time down the floor trying to get him fouled out. I was literally giggling like a little school girl as this was happening.


From the music to the camera angles to the cutscenes, I get tingles. Just writing this impression is making me tear up. I never thought Id experience a video game so realistic in my life. BIG plays feel BIG. Terry doing the JET and crossing his arms after nailing threes is just so satisfying.

The controls are finally complicated enough to pull off any moves that come to find. Its a weird feeling when the guy your controlling does exactly what you want. It just feels so rewarding.

The graphics are just top notch again. The player emotions and interactions really bring this game to another level. You feel their excitement, disgust and triumph. Sweat is back. Garnett was drenched in the fourth quarter. Little grunts and yells are perfectly recreated and further immerse you into the game. I even heard the cpu players talking on defense. I had hit two quick jumpers with Terry, and he got open again and two pistons players jumped at him with the help defender yelling in disgust "Dont leave terry OPEN!!

I proceeded to pause the game and wipe a tear from my eye.


What else is there to say really? I can't believe what a game this is. The best. The G.O.A.T.

So much to bold from your quote. I'm literally AFRAID of getting into this game. Since I've been home in the last 4+ hrs after picking it up right after work, I've only played TWO games. My anxiety level, while not ridiculously high, has me trying to take this game in doses. I, FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, honestly see myself playing an 82game season!!! This game is frighteningly good!!!!!
I'm not an online gamer so to go against the CPU AI is unbelievable in this game!!!!!!! And that's just on Pro!!!!

Uhh, I don't want to talk anymore about this game....

2K sold out on us OSers! JAYZ? big JayZ fan but CMON man every game every TO? Freezing every time you attempt to save an association? Scoreboard dissapearing in the second half often? If I want to watch a video of Run this Town I can go to youtube. They literally pulled an EA SPORTS leaving SCEA sports standing alone on a mountain saying we are the only company who cares about the hardcore gameplay gamers. SAD SAD DAY!

I think the only thing really bugging me about this game right now is that anytime you inbound the ball, your PG will enter some hunched over running animation for a few seconds after receiving it. It feels clunky, I wish they'd just start walking it up normally.

Game is smooth as dolphin tits though.

2 issues I'm having. 1 is offensive rebounding. 2 is that the game is heavily slanted towards offense on all-pro sim. It might be that because the teams are getting so many boards that there are a lot of second chance points, but it feels like guys are making shots they shouldn't, too.

Played two games. First one was Thunder vs Lakers, lost because Kobe played like the reincarnation of prime Jordan (39/8/6) and they had something like 60+ PIP. But the offensive rebounds were fine.

Second game, play Timberwolves vs Spurs, lose 108-107 as I choke it away at the end although I had good games out of Rubio(9 points, 13 assists), Pekovic (17 and 9), and Love (36 and 10) but Parker and Ginobili went crazy on me. But once again, the offensive rebounds were fine. They had 9, I had 5. There was still quite a few points in the paint (56 for them, 44 for me), but otherwise the stats were pretty fine.

Honestly, I think a decent chunk of the CPU's extra points in the paint for me are fast break points. The Spurs had 23 on me.

This is probably the best online debut I've ever seen with a NBA 2K Game (knock on wood, the night's not over yet lol). But very nice work

i'm on ps3...game is good, but after playing the demo, in the full game the movement feels like it might be a little bit sluggish. i'm not sure if i'm just imagining this, but it somehow feels like there's a bit more of a delay to my controller input compared to the demo, which felt quicker. the explosions out of sizeups felt a little quicker in the demo. in the full game, even with Westbrook it seems hard to beat my man off the dribble, whereas in the demo he was just exploding by people.

anybody else notice this, or am i just imagining it?

Why is JJ. Hickson a strait beast on this game, he had a double double with 21 points, 3 steals, and 2 blocks on me and I had the Spurs. He was boarding all on Duncan and slamming it back in his face. Seems like the little big men are more aggressive than the big-big men in this game.

He has a fairly new tattoo, but they made the colour too saturated so it looks dumb.

i have always disliked the 2k baskketball games just for gameplay reasons. but this game is incredible and i actually love it. i am soo surprised. the dribbling makes this game for me. the isomotion is amazing. i love myplayer it hasnt changed much but i still like it in its worth the buy! my guys a 6"5 PG n hes a beast!
