Maybe you've forgotten about the lefty glitch(MVP), the no progression glitch (MVP), the fatigue glitch(Madden), the slowdown glitch(NCAA). EA's got the same problems.

Is that an excuse? I hope you're not telling me that Visual Concepts' excuse is that EA sports does the same thing. You do see the problem here right? Both companies don't do a damn thing to change their approach, they keep rushing out products and the consumers keep getting screwed and have to make do with half-finished products. Somebody has to take a stand and break the cycle. It's either Visual Concepts or EA Sports. If not any of them, then I hope that some new studio starts doing sports titles the right way, with the right attitude. Give the fans a good, functional game. I can live with minor bugs, I can't live with major game-breaking bugs, like the timeout issue. And this didn't even have to be a major game-breaking bug to begin with. Whoever designs this game needs to be fired, IMHO. This is the second, maybe third time in a row I've seen horrible design decisions being implemented in the NBA 2k franchise.

Wait a sec has this been tried?

If you go to settings during a game and change everything to auto, play out the game and then go save your settings, it might be saved. This is how saving the camera works and its not an option in the main menu either.

I don't think 2 players will work either, I think because user records are for individual players and if a 2nd player modified the settings it won't be saved under the 1st player's user record.

Did they do this to deliberately screw with us???? Geez, how many possible solutions are we finding and NONE of them are viable???

I agree with all you guys re to bug. but without season mode, trades off option, or control of all teams in franchise, it was already 2nd to live this yr imo.

I gotta admit this is wack, just because its in the game, but not turned on. I have a feeling there could be a small update that could fix this.

Monkey, you still getting the game now? Just wondering... I'm truly done with this franchise, I just don't like how they're rushing the title out the door just because EA sports gets it out first. In the end, the consumers lose.

Neo...I ordered both games on a special rate I had. (requires ordering two games)...so I ordered both. There was a delay as LIVE was out of stock, so I've had to wait. I get both in a few hours.

I'll still be playing ESPN...i'm really dissapointed to hear of bugs like this.

I *guess* I'll have to do what Pared i think suggested...keep some time outs and call them myself. Lame yes...I know.

If LIVE is great though and we can get some nice play sets going...especially as it's got a SEASON mode...I may just play that.

No disrespect...but that's an entirely different issue and it's stupid to bring it up here. I'm anti war...and I acknowledge horrible things are happening everywhere in the world...

But if your can of pepsi has a rat in it, your not going to ask what happened?

It's not a $20 issue either. It's that people wait a long time...look forward...to these games.

I just felt that some were taking it out of the context of a product/video game and making it a life/death issue, causing the reality check.
