    1. In the main menu you load the playbook that you made
    2. Load your legacy
    3. When you are at the screen where you choose each team's uniform before the game starts, press Y or Triangle (depending on the console)
    4. Go to the bottom and you can change both playbooks.

so i'm a veteran 2k8 player and i'm getting back into the swing of it again, but the jumpshots have always been a little wacky to me. i'm putting in 2 drills every week in my legacy to try to learn each of my player's releases, but where exactly am I supposed to be targeting for the release point?

There is a moment right before the player gets to the highest point and that is where you should be releasing it.

If you pay close enough to the details you should even see the player's hand start moving like he will release it at this point. Or I might just be going crazy and that really doesn't happen

Building off of this, where should you release on layup attempts? Should I release when the ball leaves the player's hand? I've been playing this game for almost five years now and that's what I've always done, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right or not.

I've always held the down the stick until the ball was released myself. I think the problem with lay-ups is that people go into the lane at full speed and the player is in effect out of control. But when you let go of the sprint button, you are able to do different lay-ups with the right stick and you are more in control.

I just put this game in for the first time in months, and I am instantly addicted again. Legacy Mode is so good.

Just picked up this game at a local Blockbuster closing for $2.50, can't wait to start a Legacy.

Get a 12 pack (if legal), tell the wife you're not going crazy just playing a game (if applicable), depending how envolved you get you may want to call out sick from work on Monday (we've all done it, dont judge me). Then enjoy the best college bball videogame experience ever

I've own the game for 24 hours and admit the game's Legacy is as addicting as all of you guys have described it. You hit it quite on the head acolbert I've had a sidearm of Widmer every since I started playing, but thank goodness my girlfriend doesn't think I'm not going crazy. Haha

It was years 22-27 at Wisconsin, I just couldn't land a bad recruit, had 6 straight years of all 5*, with a couple 4* rounding it out, my back-to-back-to-back National Champions featured 0 returning starters each year. It was enthralling.

How many total games did you lose over those three seasons?

Does anyone know how the game decides the Defensive Player of the Year in legacy? I've always wonder about it. The guy who won it was averaging 1.1 in steals and blocks per.

Sometimes it seems like they have it right, but other times like this one I don't really understand. I'm sure their are players with better numbers than that.
