So Ariza is reportedly upset that the Lakers are only offering him the MLE and he reportedly wants more than that and will leave the team that he just won a ring on but yet he'll go to the Cavs who can only offer him the MLE even though it's reported that he wants more money? Makes no sense for him whatsoever.

In the end, it'll probably come down to Portland and Toronto(whichever one doesn't get Turk)and will probably be a "worst case scenario" plan for Houston in case QB leaves.

I just got off the phone with a guy that says that he was told that it sounded to him, like we were locking in on Ariza. This was about 45 minutes ago, he said that was the perception amongst the people he knew, that knew what the current state of the talks were.

His info was vague, but that's what he just told me.

That's all I've got. I'm heading to bed now ... check in, in the morning from the airport.
