CLE wants Kleiza? To start at PF? And he's a restricted free agent..

If CLE cannot get CV or Sheed or Dice.. that would suck for them to say the least. It will be interesting to see which big man would accept the MLE it CLE cannot get those three..

Haha, have fun with Kleiza if so. Bleh, I'll be glad to see him gone. Freakin guy has no handle, no ability to create his own shot, and he's not even that good of an outside shooter to make up for all those deficiencies. Plus he's a pretty bad defender and doesn't move his feet or fight through screens at all... his only advantage is that he's slightly bigger/stronger than most 3 men. His beat feature by far is his willingness to run on the break and finish strong at the rim.

      LOL @ Louis Kienza

      Iver Anderson

EDIT: I can't imagine that he would play PF for them... that would be completely idiotic. Dude could barely crack Denver's rotation last year as a 3... believe me, if he could play the 4 regularly, he would've gotten more minutes. I imagine that the Cavs would basically be taking a chance on him to see if he can develop... right now, all he's capable of doing is being a streaky shooter/scorer off the bench.

July 1 should be even more better a year from now.

But aside from every big name FA PF being linked to Cleveland, it's been a slow first day of FA.

Historically how has July 1st looked like?

Also, Utah will seek to trade Boozer according to the Desert News. Who wants his expiring 12 mill contract??

The Utah Jazz will likely look to trade Carlos Boozer after he surprisingly decided to opt into his contract for the 2009-10 season.

Utah would like to keep Paul Millsap at power forward and retaining Boozer would mean severe luxury tax penalties.

Haha for a 20/10 type of guy, Booz is a hell of an albatross. I wouldn't want him near my team after the trail of destruction he's left in his wake. Always seems to do the thing that people hate most.

Reports are that Gordon has accepted 5 year, 50 MIllion dollar offer from Detroit.

Which means they can also offer CV an 8 million contract.

This entire offseason will be more about money moves than it is improvement

So 5 years at 50 mill or more? So about 10 mill per.. hmmm.

Joe, go ahead and overpay for CV too and you can call it a summer. Call it a job as well you won't have one for long.

If DET signs CV as well to a 4 or 5 year deal DET is cemented as a team that won't make the Finals for the next 4 years or so.

I don't care if you can trade RIP and/or Prince for worthy players..

A core of Stuck/BG/CV is trash

Seems as Detroit is saying "None of the big talent will come here next year anyway, so blow the whole thing this year".

I like Gordon and Villanueva, but those contracts...with that team? Talk about being salary stuck.

I like how all the all-stars have tips for the Bulls what they should do with Gordon. Granger said earlier the Bulls should pass on Gordon and sign or trade for a big. Wade said the Bulls should no doubt sign Gordon.

Wade only says that because so many are linking him to Chicago, and I think that kills the talk for a year.

Like Wade really gives a **** where Gordon plays. LOL

Why are people laughing at Detroit overpaying for Gordon and probably CV? It's not like other teams weren't going to overpay for them either LOL. That's why it's called Free Agency.

People should've known CV wasn't going to take no damn MLE.
