I'm with you Bigeast. For the record, I thought Lebron should have pulled up or took it strong to the hoop. Just saying that he would rather pass than score.

I thought we all were with the understanding, that it's not about if he misses the shot, it's about if he's willing to take it. Which he routinely doesn't.

Apparently LeBron made the right basketball decision by passing to like the 8th best shooter on the team, after he brought the Heat back.

Little extreme. But like 23 or someone else mentioned in regards to passing it isn't a big deal.

So what if he wants to be liked. I want to be liked, I think everyone generally wants people too like them really. That's just nitpicking too a fault in my opinion. What he tweeted was self explanatory if I recall correctly it was too the effect ” didn't do enough to win the game.” I know he says somethings but is that really that horrendous?

I think there's a difference between wanting to be liked (like everyone else in the world) and going out of your way to force people to like you. Just let it happen. If you're trying to hard, it's generally not going to work out the way you want it to.

              Mack beat me to it.

It wasn't just the post game comments. There has been MANY other instances.

He should've just embraced the villain role and just rolled with it.

Leave the court after a missed game winner throwing his middle fingers in the air.

Leave the court after a made game winner throwing his middle fingers in the air.

                Less pressure.

Naw I get the point. I try to be as objective as possible in sports (especially with my teams for example).

I know he tries ”Too hard” at times but I know we're all guilty of that. Then again we're not all multimillionaire athletes but I digress! I just think it's hard to unbiasedly say X instance is an attempt at favor and Y instance isn't. Far too many outside variables for my taste to quantify unless it's explicit.

I don't think his post Jazz tweet was an attempt at affection (by the way the way how the Jazz celebrated I thought they won the NBA championship), seemed more like frustration.

Did you watch him play in high school? He had some other good players on his team when he was there, but he never looked to pass first. You don't score 2,600 points in 4 years by looking to pass.

We(Society)hate Athletes/Teams that win too much or that don't show much "class" when they do win.

I don't think it's any one thing that LeBron ever does though, it's just my man has a phone book sized collection of just...things that people can continue to add to in order to justify the hate and like Sideshow Bob, he just keeps on stepping on that damn rake. It's like the villain thing. Once he started down that path, he should've just stayed on it cause now he's gotta deal with what he did trying to playing the villain, now that he's back trying to be loved. People generally don't have respect for stuff like that. Last year we were getting this...

and now it's back to 'please love me.' It's hard to have any respect for the guy considering that hand gesture was only around when they first got together and was rolling through squads. Soon as they got punched in the mouth, that **** got retired quick. I think LeBron's front runner nature hurts him more than anything.

The only thing that Lebron has done that rubbed me the wrong way was the Decision tv special. Everything else is nit picking.

Is it nitpicking or is it continuing to give people reasons not to like you any?

There is a difference, BTW because like King said(and I'm sure has been said hundreds of times in this thread)you can't embrace the heel role and tell the "h8ters" to shut up and go back to their normal, awful lives and then try to find ways to get those SAME people to like you again. This ain't WWE where you can easily go back forth between Heel/Face at any time. I mean Kobe Bryant and Tom Brady are two of the most hated athletes but do you think they give a damn about it like Lebron does? Hell nah

I'm sure once he gets that first ring, he'll stop worrying about trying to be accepted by folks like he was when he was in Cleveland.

LeBron seems like the type of douchebag who would go to like a Cleveland nightclub flashing his championship ring, wearing a Miami Heat World Champions t-shirt, hamming it up in front of the cameras.

Then get on TV like, "Why's everybody so mad? I don't understand."
