Crazy that LeBron is averaging 30ppg,9rpg,7.6apg,3steals on 55% shooting in the month of February despite having a horrible 13point, 30%, 0 steal game against Utah..

Minus the Utah game he's averaging 33+ points on 57% shooting. 9+ rebounds, 8 assists, 3+ steals

I think because there are less players in the NBA compared to Soccer, Hockey, Football and Baseball, the media just over analyses the top players and what they say/do.

The league isn't about teams it's about the stars, however teams should be the main focus.

Unfortunately, LeBron usually draws attention to himself for reasons good and bad. As long as he plays in the league he will have this examination via the press.

I do sort of feel sorry for him but it's part of the pressure of being the best player in the world.

Props to LeBron for this. Im definitely in the "parents need to be role models" department, but the fact is absentee fathers throw that pretty out of whack. I grew up in this spot and im sure others here did too. Kids growing up in that situation will look for male role models wherever they can find them, and I think he gets that. Hes made comments on this stuff before and cheers to him for at least somewhat talking about it.
