You don't opt-in for another season just to do this all again next year.

      That "source" is fraudulent.

        It was probably more like

Chump source: Dwight, you're really staying? Tell us your gonna opt in that final year

        Dwight... whatever man

Writer: my source confirmed he's staying another year!

I believe Chris Paul has an option for 2013. So I guess were going to see them paired up somewhere in the near future?

Sports reporter/anchor <s>@</s>cbruey of <s>@</s>wftvsports in Orlando first reported Dwight informing his teammates he's opting in for '12-'13.

Whether Howard and his agent, Dan Fegan, will agree to surrender their leverage in writing and call off the sweepstakes remains to be seen.

This is the commitment -- in writing -- the Magic apparently need to suspend efforts to trade Howard prior to Thursday's 3 p.m. ET deadline.

Dwight Howard called a meeting of teammates in San Antonio today, told them he was "all in" for rest of season, source tells Y! Sports.

That's more like it. I knew that crap was B.S.

Way to go Dwight. I'm sure you've calmed all fears by going out on a limb like this.
