SMH if trade up to take that guy. It's Steph Curry all over again for the Knicks.

We really don't give an eff about defense. We sell out every damn game, we don't need an "attraction" like Jimmer to generate more interest in the team.

Hopefully we trade up to 11, Jimmer goes 7th and we get Bismack or Singleton.

      What the **** for?

If we trade Andrew Bogut for ****ing Bargnani, I'll just become a Knicks fan or something. There's no point in trading for Bargnani to be our PF because we have a log jam at PF as is, and there's nothing Toronto can give us short of DeMar DeRozan and a center or pick that would make me feel ok about letting go of Andrew Bogut.

Never said for Bogut. I'd do it for either Jennings or for the 10th pick.

Thank god it isn't Bogut, but still. Bargnani has no spot on this team. We already have a stretch 4 in Ilyasova, and we have a young Larry Sanders, Mbah a Moute, and Drew Gooden. All I want Milwaukee to do is draft Burks, Brooks, or Thompson, and then look for a backup PG or look to improve at SF. PF is the one position that we really don't need to work on.

I think the Jimmer talk is smoke & mirrors. If they move-up it's to get Bismack. Geez the Draft can't get here soon enough

If the Raps get Kanter at 5.....I think that means Bargs is not going anywhere. If anything they want Kanter to pair with him.

I'd be fine with Jimmer as the pick at 17 if by some chance he was there, but no way I'd give up more assets for him. I don't see how the Knicks can trade up. Really the only 2 assets they have would be Fields and Douglas. I wouldn't give up either to move up a couple of spots, and they aren't going to get the Knicks into the top 10 I don't think.

Now that Cleveland is not 100% taking Irving, I really would LOVE to see them force Minnesota into taking him.

I believe Irving will be an average PG in the NBA. No way is he in "Paul, Rose, Westbrook, Rondo, Williams" class.

I want Cleveland to take Derrick Williams and Knight/Kemba.

I think I might be the only person in the world that actually believes Kemba has just as much as upside (and more explosiveness) as Irving.

                    Cleveland 100% isn't taking Irving?

No I mean that they are not 100% going to take him. So it is not a guarantee.

Oh gotcha. Yeah I'm pretty sure a lot of folks are behind Kemba, I don't think you're alone in your assessment. In fact a lot of folks are behind Kemba, a lot are behind Knight and most are behind Irving.

In my mind I honestly can't really choose.

                          I know what you mean.

But if in fact some others feel like you, then Derrick Williams and Knight/Kemba makes more sense than a guy who played 11 games (albeit at Duke, with much more talent who actually was outperformed by Williams) and a foreign Center who hasn't played organized ball in a year?

That's the beauty of the draft. You can either play it "safe" which isn't always safe, or you can put your balls on the table and say let's do this.

Williams isn't safe to me just because I'm not sure if he'll ever be polished enough to play the 3, or if he'll have the physical tools to keep up with the 4's. Not saying he isn't athletic or anything, but I am gonna have to see him matched up with a real NBA 4 before I can casually say oh yeah he's capable of playing either forward position.

All of these guys seem to be more role player potential than All-Star potential. So that effects things a lot in my eyes.

I think now that Rubio has arrived in Minnesota I doubt Minny drafts Irving but hey it's Kahn we are talking about so who knows.

                                @ the Jimmer talk.

What happened to the Knicks fans of old?

I didn't realize that the Knicks struggled to score the ball last year.
