Justin Harper could become like a slightly smaller Rashard Lewis in the league, but without being overpaid and terrible defensively. Stretch the floor even more for a team loaded with 3pt shooters. Dude shot 44% from deep as a senior. Gary Flowers really, really looks like Stephen Jackson's son or something. He's the same size, has the same game, and he's a bit of a head case, but nothing you can't work with. Also, he's older than most players in his peer group.

Mavs would make out REAL nice with a draft like that.

From what I heard the Cavs weren't impressed with Kanter at all. Taking a year off from organized ball probably killed him. Really hoping the Cavs take Vesely at 4 or trade down and swing a pick for next year. Either situation is a win after taking Irving at #1.

Or Kanter could be tanking so he falls to the Wizards.

Sounds fake, but regardless it shouldn't hurt his draft stock at all even if it is true.

Just curious, why do you prefer Vesely over Valanciunas?

Is this guy entering the draft this year? I remember hearing about him last year, but he ended up going back to Europe.

I think he already decided that he's entering.
One mock draft has him going 10 to the Bucks and draft express has him going 18 to the wizards.

Mavs should trade up and get him so he can learn under Dirk.

That's not going to happen, so I just hope the Mavericks draft something they need.

Dang, just read ESPN insider article on Bismack.

Dude sounds really intelligent and mature beyond his years. He speaks like 4 or 5 languages.

There's no way he's 18, but at least you're drafting a hard working and intelligent person.

I don't know if it's something in the water in Congo, but Christian Eyenga is the same way. And also looks about 40 years old.

Maybe we just just cut his leg off and count the rings...

Not a fan of Valanciunas's game at this point. Reports I've read is he really lacks offensively and even sometimes defensively. Only thing really going for him is his size and rebounding. Just sounds like too much of a project to me. Vesely, in my mind, is more NBA ready. You know how everyone thinks Euros are soft and how Dirk was "soft" until the this playoffs? This kid shatters those stereotypes. He goes harder to the rack than some kids from the Bronx. He's got an attitude when he plays. And at 6'11" with his offensive skill set I think he could be a force in the NBA at the 4 spot. Talk now is he's really been working on his outside shot. He already runs the floor great which, with Irving, we need guys who can run the floor. Irving's a magician in the open court. I just think Vesely complements Irving's style of play better, and is NBA ready compared to Valanciunas.

                                Just my .02 though
