Re: 2011 NBA Draft Discussion Thread
@ABJCavsInsider They've had talks. #Cavs like Horford, doubt Hawks would move him. RT @NickDx3: Any truth to Cavs/Hawks talks? Players the Cavs would want?
Also, the most recent name Ive heard given is Imam Shumpert if they can either swap picks with Washington and get their 19, or buy a mid-teen pick.

Re: 2011 NBA Draft Discussion Thread
I feel like Horford is one of those guys that pretty much any team would like to have. He just seems like a great glue guy. He can play PF or C and he can score the ball but doesn't demand it. He rebounds and plays defense pretty well, and isn't he a pretty solid passer too? He's just a nice all-around big man to have.
And I know you like him (I think), I just couldn't resist telling people how I feel lolNFL: Bills

Lol, I love him personally. I think he's underrated even though he's an All-Star. I feel like message boarders underrate him.
It would be robbery if Cleveland pulled that off.Comment

Re: 2011 NBA Draft Discussion Thread
The Jazz are allegedly leaning toward Kanter over Knight, surprisingly.
NEW YORK -- After a full day of reporting, here are a few draft-related quick hitters from multiple sources within the NBA who have direct knowledge on the situations at hand:• Cleveland won't make an official decision about selecting Duke's Kyrie Irving with the No.

Re: 2011 NBA Draft Discussion Thread
I hope Gilbert can pull off something substantial, but I feel like if they do make a deal with the Hawks, it would be for Josh Smith. I think the Hawks would much rather trade him than Horford.
Anyways, this is what I feel is going to happen in the top 10 on Thursday:
CLE - Kyrie Irving
MIN - Something stupid that makes everyone laugh at Kahn. In seriousness though, trade, team that gets this pick takes Derrick Williams (I'll say Wizards)
UTAH- Brandon Knight
CLE - Enes Kanter
TOR - Kawhi Leonard
MIN (after trade with WAS) - Jonas Valanciunas
SAC - Jan Vesely
DET - Tristan Thompson
CHA - Kemba Walker

Any trade for one of the best centers in the league should start with the number 1 overall pick.Comment
