Only the Knicks could have possible deals on the table 1 night, then have the main trade piece get hurt hours befoe the deadline. The get played by GM's and end up with nada....

I would rather not use him on offense, then allow him to be used frequently on offense. This is basically a lateral move.

Well see how it goes.....I mean in theory it sounds perfect picking up a guy having a career year....and he may blossom in a limted role....I wouldnt necessarily say the pressure is off though....he is now the 6th man on a contender...hell be counted on to produce at a decent level...

Don't get me wrong, I understand tanking but they already have the second worst record in the NBA and just traded away their only valuable pieces for mostly second round picks and Danny Granger? Are they really that desperate to get the number one pick? There's plenty of good talent in the draft so as long as you're top 5 you'll get a good player. I'm still not sure what they're doing with all these second round picks either.

Thing is Indiana doesn't need him to be the same guy he was in Indiana. Wouldn't be surprised if his numbers took a dip, but I'd say that be moreso by design than his actual game suffering. I'm more interested in how he's going to look defensively playing under Vogel.

But like others have said, barring injury to George/Hibbert/West, there's no excuse for them not to be playing in mid-late May.

All indications are that the Sixers will promptly buyout Danny Granger’s contract, making him an unrestricted free agent.

I think ET should be pretty good off the bench for Indy. I was kinda hoping he could come to GS as a scorer and playmaker off the bench but I think it'll work out for Indy.

I like him a lot too, but this season, his shot % has went down from 2 pt. land this season.

It's probably the Bucks fault. lol

I understand trading Granger but at least get someone back for him. Sixers buying out granger contract isn't a surprise but where is Granger gonna go?

I really, really want to see Toronto and Indiana meet in the 2nd round. TOR/IND games are always super entertaining and after today I feel like it'd be ridiculously entertaining and a great way for Toronto to grow, even if there's a very, very high probability that we'd lose.

                            Wouldn't mind signing Granger, either.

He can go wherever he wants to whomever will have him I presume.

If he wanted to go to OKC and they wanted to take a chance on him or if Miami felt that he could help, they could sign him for the vets minimum and he's there.

So Philly traded no. 2 pick Evan Turner and Lavoy Allen for a second rounder? I thought they could have easily get more out of ET than that.
