Can't believe the pacers got Evan Turner. He's an upgrade over Granger coming off the bench .

Miami cleared a spot with that Mason trade.. It's been said since before the season started that they would likely add Caron Butler at the waiver deadline from a buyout from the Bucks... Would rather them get Granger, much better outside shooter and the Indy/Miami series would have that much more going for it.

Come on make that short trip to the Chi Danny. Derrick miraculously comes back in April and you can play double spoiler potentially. Just saying...

Just need to replace boozer with a PF that can play defense, and we'd have a better defensive starting lineup than the pacers.

lol not quite, you still have Dunleavy starting, and I would take Hill over Hinrich even.

Im talking about all players healthy. Dunleavy would never start over butler & granger, and hinrich wouldnt even be in the discussion once rose comes back.

I'm so disappointed with the Celtics right now, the 76ers can make five trades but the C's don't make one? I'm honestly speechless.

As for the Pacers, I think that Evan Turner is a great pick-up, but I honestly don't see it being a great fit seeing that Evan is probably going to want to start. I just can't see him taking a bench role while he is so young. I don't see him being with the Pacers for very long unless they give him a starting position.

Back to the Celtics, I wish they would have at least traded Humphries, Green or Bradley. I wouldn't even mind trading Green or Bradley for an expiring contract and a 2nd.

Celtics need to fire Danny Ainge, and I'm not just saying that because I'm angry at the trade deadline, he is honestly one of the worst GM's in the league behind Joe Dumars.. His bonehead decisions just come back to bite us in the *** later on. I'll replace him as GM, give me a contract and I'll sign.

Didn't realize you meant if they added Granger and when Rose returns, my bad.

Don't worry, the Celtics are "winning" the first overall pick anyways...

If he's smart hell keep his mouth shut and play his role and more than likely have a ring.

There's a good half dozen teams that think they are winning the first pick. And this draft may not be all that its cracked up to be.

Don't tell that to the Sixers.

Who did Philly, Indiana and Atlanta cut to make room for their additions?

Philly 'won' the first pick today after trading away just about everyone except MCW for 2nd rounders.

Even Turner and complimentary do not go together. That isn't his game and the reason why he looked so bad early in his career. He needs the ball to be any use offensively and even then, you better hope he's scoring on a break. He's also been horrible defensively this year.

We should have traded him earlier this year when his stock was higher.

That said it's a good pickup for Indy considering they only lost Granger. (and picked up my boy Allen)

Turner giving you about 9ppg off the bench is pretty good... But Even Turner do not all of a sudden make you favorites in the East (if your opinion was they wasn't favorites 24 hours ago) at least if you watched this dude in a complementary role before.
