Not everybody can be drafting after 15 for decades and continuously find players that pan out to be decent role players, if not great stars, which goes to say alot about their front office. At the same time, you've got annual lottery teams that yet haven't figured it out despite being in the lottery for multiple years.

That way, even if the latter dominates, there is at least some sort of respect left for them because they built their team from the ground up.
What a stupid argument. Some of y'all act like the Heat had Hall of Fame talent at every position. Seriously all they had at the end was James, a pretty much finished D.Wade, and Chris Bosh, who only seems to be a marquee player if it fits your arguement.

What's hilarious is how somehow the Spurs winning meant TEAM BASKETBALL WON! Like the Heat hadn't been playing basketball where the ball flew around for the past 3 years.

Tbe heat dont always play like that, they actually get stagnant fairly easily at times. And if lebron didnt play well, the heat didnt win. Doesnt sound like team baketball to me.

Yeah, this discussion isn't going any better than the top 10 lists

RT @TimBontemps After denying Jason Kidd's demand to run bball ops, Nets give Bucks permission 2 speak to him

Source confirms the gist of @TimBontemps report: Nets have granted the Bucks permission to speak with Jason Kidd. Incredible.

The Heat definitely won their two championships from excellent spacing and ball movement.

The team that lost to Dallas not so much, and the team this year that lost to the Spurs was somewhere in the middle.

It didn't help they lost Miller, Battier was moved from the rotation, Ray Allen shot worse than last year, Bosh and Wade playing terrible (by their standards), and Chalmers was statistically the worst starter in a finals series in the last 30 years.

Is this what we've come to now...coaches wanting front office authority so they don't get fired too soon?

Darn those new owners of the Bucks.

I don't want Kidd near the Bucks, as coach or GM.
