Every year a great percentage of the population goes to high school.

          1. I really don't believe he's the best defensive center at the rim or anywhere for that matter.

          2. I'm not sure he can do much offensively if not for having a great passing PG. He literally can't do anything but dunk.

I'd be scared to max him out, but I suspect that someone will.

Knicks should just trade Melo then. I don't know who would give up enough to take him tho.

According to a source, even Carmelo Anthony supported the Porzingis risk and watched the Spanish Leaguer’s workout Monday.

Just noticed this latest from SAS...

"I [was] talking to my sources last night. All they said was, he's furious, he's livid. He feels completely hoodwinked and betrayed by Phil Jackson," Smith said on SiriusXM Mad Dog Sports Radio.
I listened to his ESPN Radio spot at about 8am EST and I'm almost positive he did not mention "he was furious and livid". This dude can't even be consistent in his lies.

                  And this is spot on...

Melo's "people" really make an effort to soil his rep on a regular basis. With friends like that, who needs enemies?

Who cares what Melo thinks, its not like he's going to leave

                        Re: 2015 Offseason Thread

So The Heat get a massive early Christmas present last night from the NBA draft.

I expect everyone to be back....even Deng. But if Deng walks...so be it.

Looks like a ECF contender on paper. If the team stays healthy I love our chances at a trip to the Finals again.

As far as Kevin Love......kiss him goodbye Cleveland. I think he bails for either Boston or LA (Lakers). He does not want to be a third wheel. He is not wired like Bosh who deferred brilliantly during the big 3 era. Lebron traded away Wiggins for that guy.

In hindsight it looks awful if Love indeed walks. And I expect him too. Time will tell...should know in the next week or so. Hell I would resign Tristen Thompson to good money before giving it Kevin Love who has not proven much other than some nice numbers on a losing team. He never fit in with the Cav's both on and off the court.

I don't think Lebron cares if he comes back to be frank. But to give away Wiggins.....and not get him back in the fold.....ouch. That will sting IMO big time.

So Kyrie broke down yet again. Love got injured as well.

Lebron did more heavy lifiting this year than he ever did with the Heat. LOL.

                            That's ok.

I could be 100% wrong on Love.

                            But on The Heat? Nope.

I agree with everything you said. Lebron is going to look a fool if Love leaves. Wiggins would have been a great 2nd option for them in the future. If they had won a championship I don't know if it would have been worth it if Love leaves.

I agree about the Heat though. They're building a damn good squad. Only thing thats concerning about them is the health of Wade.
