Supposedly Draymond and Lebron would both get flagrant 1 fouls, which would lead to automatic suspension for Green.

So they get the same penalty for the incident, even though one was the clear instigator?

Neither one should get anything more than a technical at best. It should just be treated as a play on.

If Draymond didn't get tossed or suspended for what the country of New Zealand considers the kick down under... There is no reason for him to be suspended him here unless he met the limit for technical fouls .

FWIW, they're +51 when he is at Center and -19 when anyone else is at Center and that excludes garbage time, per John Schuhmann of NBA.com.

Well they coudn't determine intent in OKC. Green shoulda known he was risking a suspension at the next wierd low blow.

I really think LBJ knew what he was doing...he knows Draymond is a hot head, and he also knew one more tech and he's gone for a game..I never seen Lebron talk as much as he did in game 4, he usually shakes it of and walk by down the other end..either he was baiting the Warriors or he was just plain frustrated

Im actually tired of hearing what the league might do instead of them just doing it.

Has been a wonderful mocking point since he went down against Houston but... there's a report that Stephen Curry might not only be still bothered by the MCL issue, but also multiple shoulder injuries.

A source says Curry consulted a orthopedist in Southern California. Steph’s MRI showed issues with both shoulders as well as his knees, some of which may require surgery this summer.
                        http://www.dailynews.com/sports/2016...still-the-cavs

Whether surgery ends up being necessary or not, I'm still not quite sure why it suddenly became so outlandish to wonder about his health when his on-court consistency wavered so heavily in comparison to what's been seen from him all year.

If he really has been trying to shake multiple injuries that could require surgery, there's almost no winning for him (except for actually winning, at which point folks have still blasted him for being overrated for not averaging 30+ in the finals). If he even vaguely acknowledged his own impairment, he'd be torn down for claiming excuses. Yet, if he does what sports culture always says we want (don't mention injuries because it's an excuse), he's torn down any time he plays poorly, even if's due in part to a significant ailment.

Sometimes seems the only way for folks to believe injury can be playing a role is if a player grimaces, limps everywhere, and/or experiences no modicum of success at any point thereafter.

Draymond Green has been suspended for Game 5 of the NBA Finals, NBA announced. LeBron James assessed a tech.

LOL. Absolute horse****. Suspend them both or don't suspend either one of them.

They are able to hide behind the whole "so many flagrants/technicals trigger an automatic suspension" thing and there's no doubt in my mind that the decision to assess was made with that in mind.

Lebron wasn't risking a suspension, Green was. I had a feeling it was gonna bite him in the *** and penalize his team big time. I can see Iggy starting and GS going ham at home.

I'm so tired of hearing about that man's health.

That's not to say he's not hurt because I'm sure he is injured...but he also ain't the only player currently playing that is not healthy. You think Lebron or Kyrie or Klay or anyone else is healthy right now? Hell no.

Idk, I just get tired of hearing about this man's knee every single game it feels like. And it's not that we're questioning whether he is hurt....we just tired of hearing about it. Like how many different times can they tell us that man is hurt? We get it by now lol
