They make custom titles for basically every major pro championship team. They make references to sports on a weekly basis. No doubt they'll be mentioning the Cavs multiple times tonight too.

And this moment happened just a few months ago too lol

LeBron did just as much in last year's Finals, but he didn't have his main guys. Amazing.....one of the best Finals performances I've ever seen.....right up there with Magic, Jordan, Kareem, Bird.

Jordan had to score and be the game finisher. LeBron has to so much more in order for his team to win. Michael had Scottie, Harper, Grant, Rodman, etc., to to the other stuff. It'll be interesting to see how much longer LeBron can keep this up. Cavs definitely need more pieces to take off some of James' workload.

They send the champions of every sport a championship belt now. Can't remember exactly when they started doing it, but they've been doing it for a few years now.

Shows you how much I follow WWE today!
"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Sometimes I swear we as fans look WAY too deep into some of these things athletes do.

It's weird and funny at the same time, lol.

Sheed and the Pistons were rocking the WHC Belts too.

But yeah, there's always been a connection between the two. Unless folks forgot about Malone/Rodman in WCW/nWo Storylines, lol

So you don't see how JR Smith not wearing a shirt symbolizes a diss to Golden State that he'd give the shirt off his back to help his team, while they were too selfish?

LeBron had an all-timer of a series... but c'mon man, lets not act like he was working with chopped liver either. Kyrie averaged 27 a game this series and his scoring kept the Cavs right in the thick of it when LeBron wasn't taking it to the hole. And then you have Tristian Thompson showing out that he actually deserved the max deal, J.R. Smith playing great defense and hitting timely shots, Iman Shumpert (and J.R. & Kyrie) bugging the hell out of Curry/Thompson all series, and then you've got my man Richard Jefferson of all people coming through with a lot of plays to help them over the top. And then you got Kevin Love finally showing up in Game 7 when they needed him to.

Cavs just need consistency from the guys that have. Can't have Kyrie looking like the best guard alive one for a week and then trash for week, same with Love. And the role guys are even worse about it than they are. Luckily for them they got a few games with those guys playing well. Kyrie with some big nights, Thomson in game 6, Smith had a couple moments.. But they can be scary good if they can find a consistent blend from them all night in and night out even with LeBron regressing.

                            Solid gamelan down the stretch.

Them two 3s by JR to start the second half also solid. Kyrie going baseline on Ezeli and laying it in with the left, clutch. Kyrie poking out the ball from Varejão when he was right under the rim. Kyrie taking Draymond to the rack at the 6:20 mark of the third, clutch.

Varejão & Ezeli were quite useless, so many missed shots from Klay & Steph. Just so many things went wrong for GSW. That scoop layup over Draymond with the left with the andone from Kyrie at the 4:33 mark in the third, clutch.

Cleveland's D was solid and the Love switches at the top on to Steph were solid as well.

You can see the difference in coaching, timeouts called at the right time, subs being made etc all going to Lue just outcoaching Kerr that second half.

What a great game 7 and def worth the rewatch.

I'm just wondering who the Cavs are gonna replace Richard Jefferson with. Backup PG, SF, and C are the biggest needs in the offseason.

I don't think Delly is getting paid to go elsewhere. Mozgov is definitely gone. RJ retired. JR probably re-upping, Bron as well.

Their targets should be: Deng, Jared Dudley, Joe Johnson, David West, Matt Barnes...I just don't think they can sign any young and upcoming guys. Brandon Jennings maybe? Ty Lawson? Gerald Green...how about reuniting LeBron and Rio?

Sheed paid for those though. That was back when genuine replica belts were first becoming a thing. WWE didn't even sell those at the time it was through some other company. He was ahead of his time on that one lol

But LOL at the notion that the wrestling shirts awesome coincidence. Always is with Bron. Somehow that dude is always in the wrong place at the wrong time. Hasn't worn a wrestling Tee all year. Is down 1-3 in the Finals with the whole sports world calling the Cavs done and questioning his legacy again and he strolls in wearing an Undertaker shirt one day and an Ultimate "Warrior" shirt the day after completing the comeback on a team called the Warriors cause those just happened to be the shirts he packed in his road bag. Poor guy
