Playing a much better team who also happens to be a bad matchup. Usually you can make due with one or the other, but not both. Of course most of us called this before it started.

I still like Kevin Love. His defense is bad but it's all physical. He's slow footed and lacks lateral quickness but he at least knows his spots and can communicate switches. He can move the ball on offense and there's some versatility when they're not making him sit in the corner.

The one I'd move is Kyrie. We're in year 5 and he still can't make basic passes and doesn't even know where to stand on defense. I really don't think he's that good.

The FT part is what has me lost, considering we were being told that Golden St were getting all the calls.

And to think they're getting twice as many, plus matching the splush bros. In 3s made

Splush is no typo because they haven't played that well

Cleveland's athleticism and talent will most often get them a large majority of wins in the regular season and probably through the East in the playoffs each season with the way this roster is currently constructed. You see the flaws in their roster and offensive scheme when they run into a well-coached, athletic team. The lack of creativity and smarts on Offense and their inability to commit to the Defensive schemes for a full 48 minutes are glaringly evident against a team like Golden State.

I just don't know if Cleveland will ever win a title if they don't make some fundamental changes to their Offense by putting their other players in better position to be successful or making roster moves that align better with how the Offense is currently run. They're a very talented team that ends up having its major flaws exposed against better coached/constructed teams.

Yeah, I'm not worried about Kevin honestly, his defense hasnt been that big of an issue that the media tries to push. A lot of the defensive problems come from the confusion on switches by everyone lol.

GSW is doing a great job at defending Love, they are doubling him inside or they have whoever is defending TT provide weak side help. Plus with all the switching GS does it limits open shots.

Really think LeBron and Kyrie have to play better offensively to open things up for everyone else. LeBron can't keep being reckless with the ball, and Kyrie needs to find balance with scoring and creating, he has done it throughout the playoffs, but he sometimes reverts back to old habits.

Yeah its not good when you are talking about Richard Jefferson because really he sucks now and should just retire already.

My respect for Love has dropped so much. Before he was on the Cavs I thought he was the best PF or Center in the NBA and a top like 5 over all NBA player. Now after seeing him on the Cavs me may not even be a top 30 NBA player lol. I don't get it. He looked like a completely different and better player before he was on the Cavs.

People were on miami when they lost a couple of regualr season games and spo was running Mike Browns Le iso offense.

...and for whatever reason people hated that Heat team and tried to use that excuse of Wade and Lebron laughing at Dirk being sick in Game 1 as more fuel to hate them.

He did shoot it better, in fact surprised people in his rookie year with how much better he shot the 3 than people expected.

But his jump shot isn't what made him an elite scorer.

Anyways when he was having problems scoring outside the paint there was speculation that all the minutes he's played could be catching up to him and there could be a gradual decline.

He's still explosive to the rim but maybe he's not quite the Lebron of 4-5 years ago.

Maybe not a great shooter but he was a good above average shooter and his shooting from his first year up in till like 3 years or so ago was night and day difference. He was 57% from the field a few years ago and you don't shoot that high if your jump shoot sucks in less you are a guy that only gets a few FG attempts a game or are a guy who gets dunks and layups all the time playing PF or center or something and when you compare his FG % being like 48% his first few year in the NBA. A big reason for that % going up was his jump shoot being so much better.

I don't remember but where Miami blown out in games 1 and 2 like Cavs? I am pretty sure those 2 games where close unlike these 2 games and it also took Wade taking over the finals and also took Dallas falling apart in game 3 for Miami to come back.

You talking about the '11 team?

I was talking about the '06 one since they're the last time I know of to comeback from down 2-0 but I don't remember at all what the consensus feeling was on that team.

Is GS really that different than the Kerr GM-teams in Phoenix?

They just have harder workers that aren't made of glass.
